I don’t know if the drive thru girl was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude. She gave me the wrong order which wasn’t an issue until she treated me like it was my fault. I tried to be pleasant, but she was shaking her head as she thrust my coffee out at me then grunted when I said, thank you. Yes grunted. I think I’m done at this location. ☹️

SO RUDE! I ordered my coffee trying to be super polite since I know how rude they can be at this location. I had to go this one, because I didn't have a choice. The guy never even acknowledged me even though I said please and thank you, and he shoved my coffee across the counter ignoring me. I'm in my car now, and I realize the coffee is burnt!

The last couple times I have gone, they never put the syrup or sugar I ask for in my coffee. The also only fill it up 3/4 of the way. Bacon is always burnt. I was about to drive away but I checked my bag first, they didn't even give me the donuts I payed for, and they were annoyed when I asked for them. Might just drive to the Quakertown one from now on.

Exceptional service. I was 6th in line at the drive through and it moved with amazing efficiency. Great coffee too.

Sux Manager is nasty. I asked for a chocolate donut at 4pmand they DIDN'T have them. It's A DONUT store without donuts. I often get a brewed tea ,they never have lemons. First dunkin I ever experienced that.

Just left the lobby. Saw 3 employees behind the counter. No one greeted me. No one said “just one minute” They served 4-5 cars at the drive thru before I finally said “hello, can I get some service please” Then another woman walked up said one minute and took the next order over her headset. Even though I can walk there I’ll just start driving to Wawa. It wasn’t that busy and you need to learn to juggle lobby and drive thru patrons.

Very been seated here but interior seems ok. As for certain hours of the day (especially morning) the drive thru is horrible as cars can be backed up into the main road. They could consider double lanes for the drive thru.

Something is always off on my order, usually I don’t care but I just opened my bagel to find practically no cream cheese & the bacon I paid for and CC on the outside of the bag. I don’t understand how this is okay.
