Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Penn Yan

I of course got the Butter Pecan Crunch and it was good but the didn't have the toppings like the other locations I have gone to has them. But still so very good.

My whole order was a mess, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted well it wasn’t toasted and had enough cream cheese for about three bites. My sausage egg and cheese croissants were damn near raw and cold. I ordered 4 coffee’s all were far from what I ordered. 3 tasted like pure water with some hints of coffee flavor turtle iced coffee tasted like pure water and had no toppings as listed. My salted Carmel cold brew had non of the listed toppings and had no flavor of salted Carmel and it wasn’t cold brew it was a regular coffee and they added some cream I think, it tasted of chemicals. Everyone in the car tasted it and said worst coffee they ever tasted. I hope someone can contact me as I tried to call the number listed on the receipt and on the website and it goes to a disconnect message. Convenient way to let your customers know when they have an issue. I am very displeased that I spent 30.00 on food and coffee and none of it was able to be consumed…. Highly disappointed the one star.

They need to just get whole new set of crew members or shut down. every day for a month I kept tabs ordered the same one coffee at the same time of day… nothing fancy. Large hot french vanilla coffee 1cream 1sugar. Done. Nope everyday I get either I get just black, or no cream, or no sugar, or have ice coffee, or half filled everyday I have to come home and add my own.. now I’m just gonna do this. I’m gonna take a picture and write a review everyday. Maybe then the crew members will take more pride in themselves and company they work for and save the embarrassment.

I stop every day for coffee. But the last two mornings. Iv had to listen to the manager treat the window person terrible. She wasn't doing a thing wrong. I feel that owner needs to talk with him.

Traveling so never been to this location before. Used the drive thru, did not realize how long the line actually was & moved super slow. When we finally made it to the area to order we were asked to wait...4 of the 5 vehicles in front of us had gotten their orders & left before our order was taken...3 frozen beverages...another long wait at the window. While at the window, sales person was eating a wrap & talking with another worker & using fly swatter to kill bug while waiting for our drinks to be made. Not planning on returning if we are in that area again.

Good coffee and that's usually all I get....they don't mess up my orders so that's the big thing

Any time I get anything from this Dunkin, my order is almost always wrong, no matter how simple the order. Save yourself the hassle and get your coffee elsewhere. Updated to add: ordered a hot chocolate with coconut. Asked if that’s what it was at the window. Was assured that it was. Got to work, and it was black coffee.

A wonderful surprise this morning. I ordered online and when I arrived. The kind young lady must of saw me drive in and brought me my coffee and muffin directly too my car. Gave me such a smile on my face knowing she took the time to run this out to me. I hope you have a wonderful day and you get something in return soon.
