It is a rare occurrence that I, on multiple visits, actually encounter a Dunkin Donuts that has been as egregiously understocked as this one at 794 Main Avenue. My visits, in addition, were in the the early part of the 3 pm hour. Shelves should not ever be this depleted at this time. Maybe once, okay. But on multiple occasions? That's not good. The last time I was there, not only were the donut shelves only about a quarter full, but I had the misfortune of being second in line, while the one counter lady was engaged in a conversation with a woman at the counter for nearly seven minutes, with the end result that the woman so called customer walked away from the counter with nary an item purchased, I was so fed up, I actually walked out. My valuable time had been wasted over a nothing.

The only reason i give it 2 stars is because it has a drive thru... otherwise, the workers get the orders wrong about 80% of the time if im lucky. If my orders were complicated i might give the benefit of the doubt, but i literally ask for a sandwich on the menu with no changes and they give it to me with no eggs and no cheese... TWO DAYS IN A ROW??? Ridiculous

I like when I order a coffee, then I taste it as a real good hot coffee, *Professional,*fast,*clean. Thank you guys,you made my mood bright that morning.

I got the bagel with cream cheese, and it was absolutely horrible… also had just a smear of cream cheese…. Don’t bother getting anything from this Dunkin’ it’s not worth the money

They did no have donat that i order online and they say can not give back my money that charged on the applications and the manager was not there and I need to comeback. This is waiting of time, each worker should know what to do in this case. I will not come back in this place again.

They sell old donuts. Very hard to bite in. I said thank you to the two women who got my order and none of them replied. I will never come back here

Coffee taste great. HOWEVER, I was waiting for my mobile order and it wasn’t a long of a wait or to be helped. I noticed the employees were busy and I was patiently waiting to be helped. Until a few minutes passes and the first employee asks me politely if I need any help or if I’m waiting for an order. I politely said “Yes, I have a mobile order” and then asked if I could just grab my drink and go or do I have to wait until you help me. Before she responds the second employee, her name is Jennifer, tells me in a rude tone, “Yes you can just grab it, it’s there, if it has your name grab it.” She didn’t notice that the sticker wasn’t facing my direction and I wasn’t able to read it. Also due to the pandemic I thought I’m not allowed to touch any mobile order drinks due to cross contamination or sanitary purposes. I literally said that to her and she tried to have an argument with me over it. When I just simply asked her if I’m allowed to take grab my order, I wouldn’t want to grab the wrong order just for health code reasons I may not be aware of. This could’ve been avoided if she didn’t give me an attitude and I tried sympathizing with her because I used to work at Starbucks during the pandemic and it’s rough. The first employee was polite to me but Jennifer, which I asked her if she doesn’t mind if I take her name down, provided me with horrible customer service. Also she used a profanity word towards the incident before I left the store. She could’ve waited until I completely left the coffee shop and then she could’ve ranted to her coworkers about the incident.
