Morgan was very nice, I'm someone who asks a lot of questions since I don't know coffee types well and had my order ready in seconds.
There's about a 75% chance your order will be correctly made. Better than most dunkins out there.
Ordered online on the app. When we arrived to pick it up the drinks were there but none of the other items ordered. We ordered two donuts and two apple fritters. The man at the counter asked if we needed something. I told them what was missing and he asked for a name on the order. I told him and ge couldn’t find the slip. The other worker pulled it out of the trash can and handed it to the worker. The donuts we ordered were in stock but not the apple fritters. I asked if I could have donuts to replace the apple fritters. He sighed and said yeah I guess I can do that. Very rudely told me that if I want apple fritters I need to come early in the morning. I was shocked that they threw the receipt away knowing there were items missing from our order. I will no longer be visiting this DD. I will be going to Starbucks which lets you know they are out of an item when you order it and and the staff is not rude.
This is really a 3.4. The staff is always friendly enough to me and I believe they do try. However, almost every time I order through the app, my drink order is made incorrectly or they are out of something. This is almost certainly an issue with upper management or franchise owner, unless the employees are great actors and pretending they're working. I was actually great at that kinda thing at their age. Dunkin is still better than Starbucks imo, but damn we need a WaWa near Palmerton. America will run to better quality.
The crew here always tries to do their very best. Drinks and food are made as requested. I only took one star away do to the uncleanliness of the location. Multiple tables were sticky, litter was on the floor. A good experience would have been made great if it was cleaner.
Everything about this particular Dunkin Donuts is terrible. The staff is rude, if they even acknowledge your presence, and it's a 50/50 shot that they will have what you want to order. I'm not mentioning this because I had one bad experience either. This seems to be habitual for this store.
Friendly workers, fast service, correct order!
I walked in and saw a huge line. I almost walked out without ordering. They were super fast and professional. I was ordering before I knew it (For what it's worth, the drinks are also much better here than the one in Walnutport)
