Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Palm Coast

Please like & share our reviews. Drive thru is super quick. In house, if you do a walk-in order, sometimes they forget to add items and will have ya waiting. Speak up if that happens. Sometimes there is a disconnect between to person who pulls the paper receipt and makes your coffee and the person at the counter to handles the pastries. They have some of the most adorable Dunkin tumblers, reusable metal straws, elf on the shelf ornaments and more. Place is clean, has all kind of seating and areas for talk, studying and hanging out. There is shaded outdoor seating as well. This is a combo establishment so get your donuts, coffee and your ice cream fix here. They have the most adorable seasonal ice cream cakes by Baskins and a million style candles to adorn your cake. The only downside to this place is that the closest parking space to the entrance is not a handicap space. Those in wheelchairs would have a troublesome task of getting in the door if they chose to come in.

Not only was the girl at the drive thru this morning rude, but they didn’t toast our sandwiches. They were cold on the first bite and soggy. Someone friendly should be at the drive thru, not someone annoyed and careless of how they treat customers.

Dunkin is always a hit or miss when making my iced coffee. The line I understand because it seems everyone goes there. Just make sure your order is right BEFORE you leave. :)

70 Cents for whipped cream at this location. If you spend 6.73 on a Large Frozen drink, you better not want whipped cream or add almost a dollar on top of it. Your prices are already higher than most locations and then you have the audacity to charge that for WHIPPED CREAM?

I've gone to this location in palm coast twice in the last 2 weeks. First time they said that their blender was down. (It was late night around 9:30) I know it wasn't down, that's just an excuse to not clean the machine after use. Besides that incident today I ordered another frozen beverage. And they made it as a regular coffee. The new butter pecan frozen coffee. They gave me it as a regular iced coffee. This is outrageous. I expect better food service. Especially when it's for an order as small as 2 or 3 drinks.

They moving up with the self order kiosk. To bad both machines wasn't working. Which is fine to me cuz telling a human my order is more my wheel house.

Ordered 2 lemon loaf through the mobile app.When I tried to pick up my order they told me they don’t have any. I was asking for refund but they didn’t give me because they don’t have control over the app!? Offered me donuts,but I didn’t want that so I lost my money…this is simply wrong, I will never go back there again.

Friday visit around 3pm, very busy drive thru line all the way into the street. It’s combined with Baskin Robbins which gives you twice the selection. We were pleased to see Covid spacing distance still marked on the tables. Unfortunate my hubby’s coffee order was overlooked and he had to wait while 3-4 customers that came after him came and left with theirs.
