I usually go to this Dunkin’ Donuts when I don’t have time to go to the one on Malabar. I have never experienced such bad service (service is never consistent) as I did this morning at 10:03 AM drive through number 1641. The lady took my order just fine, but before I even got to the window, she was shouting the total out the window and that is the only thing she ever said to me as she was too busy talking to someone else the whole time. After I got my order, I was like good grief I only ordered two things for a little over four dollars and my breakfast wrap was burnt & hard…only took a couple of bites. I would be better off tossing my money out the window— at least that would have brought joy to someone. I basically totally wasted my time and money at Bayside Lakes Dunkin’ Donuts. Unbelievable! Congratulations on earning a bad review.

I come to this location 2-3 times per week for a dozen donuts, and always get 9 chocolate frosted and 3 glazed. I tip $3-7. Today, with full racks everywhere, the woman up front tells me I can’t have what I want. “We have to leave donuts for the rest of the customers” I’m looking at 15+ of the donuts I requested 6 of and that’s not allowed. I pick a secondary, she tells me I can only have 2. Again, im looking at 12+. This happens again on a third choice. I bit my tongue and refrained from cussing her out in front of your full lobby and young employees, but this location has 100% lost my business. Pathetic excuse for customer service. I never leave reviews, but im absolutely mind blown right now. It’s not that serious. Im a paying customer, and you have the item I wanted. But you’d rather risk selling them throughout the day or throwing them away. Pathetic.

Paid for 12 and a specialty donut. Didn’t get my 12 donuts only 11. Fine but the fact that two weeks in a row the regular glazed donuts were stale. I am local and regular to this establishment and buy these for my kids. Management needs to get in this store before it goes down the toilet.

Consistently poorly made food. I just don’t understand how hard it is to mess up breakfast food! Every breakfast item I’ve gotten from there has been lacking in taste and the most minimal amount of egg, cheese, sausage, etc… it’s barely a spoonful of any of that!

Best coffee made just how you want it !! Friendly smiles an great staff! If youe in the area Malabar rd has the very best of service an taste...best crew together

Waited 10 min for my sandwich. I went and asked about it. Once they brought out my sandwich they also brought half a dozen donuts, TWO sandwiches (exactly how I ordered- with extra sausage), and two hash browns. Along with an apology. AMAZING customer service!

Updated 6/2 - What idiot food service worker thinks putting unsanitized ketchup packets in the wrapper with your food is smart? The first time I assumed it was a fluke but when I handed my daughter hers I found two more. Seriously? Dropped to a single star for just being nasty. Whoever manages this location needs to explain to their staff that shuffling about at a snails pace while a line beyond the door watches in disbelief is not acceptable. The lady making the drinks was asking those of us in line what we planned to order before we got to the counter because the one actually taking orders was standing around like a lost child. After ten minutes of the line not moving I went out, hot in my car and went through the drive-thru because it was so uncomfortable watching an army of employees mill about aimlessly as we waited. This is the sort of confused and unmotivated staff you expect during a fast food restaurants intial soft-opening, not on a random Monday at 10am.

Let me start by saying I love me some doughnuts! Saturday or Sunday morning there is happiness in eating a doughnut with some home made expresso. Sunday morning 1000 I went to Dunkin and had a choice of four, yes four different types of doughnuts, some might say that I could just turn around and leave but I decided to get the absolutely worst four flavors. All other flavors were gone and no replacements. The young lady at the counter was very nice and explained to me that all the doughnuts were sold out. A doughnut shop without doughnuts BALDERDASH. I not only waisted my time to go into the shop, but left with doughnuts that my family did not want, we ended up throwing some away. Dunkin' I am speaking to you. A company that has shops on every corner ran out of Doughnuts....
