Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Palm Bay

Service was ok. They could use 1 more worker as it was only 3 of them. It took 20min for me to get my deconstructed and burnt wraps. Coffee cup and lid had questionable splatters on that that I needed to clean off before drinking from. Overall I won't be going back to this one. On a positive note, they did have donuts.

Ordered 25 munchkins and only got 19.. which I was apprehensive about eating food from this location anyhow. The place was dirty, the staff looked like they just came off a 32 hour crack binge.. don’t waste your time or money here, go down the street to a different DD or Starbucks. At least Starbucks is clean, with polite, clean, somewhat articulate servers vs DD. I’d rather spend an extra dollar and get what I ordered vs getting robbed.

Just watched this business literally have three cars in the drive-through that had not placed orders yet, and told us to wait so that they could complete full from start to finish the order that they were currently working on. So my observation is that this place literally would rather take an order and complete it from start to finish before taking yours so they look better on their stats, then provide quality service or timely service to anyone. I left and didn’t even give them my business. This laziness with employees at drive-through’s is becoming a pandemic in and of itself.

first off. It shouldn’t take over 15 minutes to make 2 coffees. The fact I sat in the drive thru that long for 2 simple coffees is insane with only 2 cars waiting Second The attitude here is ridiculous. The people shove the food/drinks into the bag and act like you’re asking them to do a tap dance when you need ketchup. They just glare and back talk. I almost dropped my coffee because of how hard she shoved it into my hands then rolled her eyes. Third Eggs were cold. Bagel was so smothered in cold butter it wasn’t worth eating. And bacon wasn’t cooked Avoid this place at all cost. It’s gone to trash

Every time I visit this Dunkin it takes 30-40 minutes to get a few simple items. And it isn’t because they are that busy, it is a very incompetent team. I sat at the drive through at the speaker for over 20 minutes today and was simply told “we are behind and will get to you in a moment” I get food faster at a sit down restaurant.

The flamboyant Hispanic employee should be fired. Was inside for way longer then I should have been and I got to listen to him talk about almost fighting a female customer from the drivethru line too all the employees. And how he was excited to take her order and be rude to her. Also got to watch him pound his fist while talking about wanting to assult this lady for simply looking at him funny... Very unprofessional, totally unacceptable. Managers didn't say a word too him... also on top of that my doughnut had either mold or grease under the icing. .. either way it's nasty!

This place is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They put SO much butter on the bagel that there's like half an inch of frozen unmelted butter across the entire thing. It's not even edible with that amount. This bagel was toasted, but they put so much butter on it that it's freezing cold and half the butter is still frozen. I already used two paper towels getting butter off when I took this photo. This happens half the time you order a bagel with butter and if you order it and tell them to go light on the butter, they don't put any butter on at all. This place is worse than McDonald's for messing orders up. Oh, and if you order a bagel with bacon, they ring it up as a sandwich like sausage egg and cheese, add bacon, no sausage egg or cheese, so it costs a lot more than a simple bagel add bacon does.

It's a Friday at 5::50pm there's 2 glazed donuts and 1 2 cinnamon buns. One had nats on it I told the cashier to throw it out she said she couldn't because her manager would get mad. What in the world is going 😨 on. And they are opened until 10pm. Poor management.
