Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Painesville

My favorite drink is the cold brew with sweet foam. This is a busy location. I usually do a mobile order, but I end up waiting awhile for someone to hand me my order because the drive thru line is so long. The donuts are fresh. The doors could use a cleaning from the smudges. I wish there was a more efficient way for mobile orders to be handed out.

This Dunkin is usually very busy but for good reason! Their drive-thru line gets pretty long but they move quickly. They've never messed up my order 😁

I will never come back here again. We always wait for at least 5-8 minutes before someone will come to the front and take our order. Seems to take 6 people to run their drive thru window. They charge extra for everything too. The one that drew the line for me today was when they tried to charge me $1 because I requested no ice in my cold brew. No other location does that. The bathrooms are always closed and the lobby is always dirty. It's worth driving a few extra miles to a different location. I will never come here again.

Nickel and dime you wherever they can. Tried to add an $1 charge on my drink and when I asked what the charge was for, the guy said because I asked for no ice in my drink. Are you kidding me!!??Theres always mold in the ice cream windows and the lobby is always dirty. This place is close to where we work, but we will never come here again. I will gladly drive to another location where they have customer service and you pay for what you order. I didn’t complete the order this time. Last time they tried charging $2 just for a little squirt of whipped cream. No more money from me at this location. What a joke.

They know me here, the coffee is always perfect. A few years ago Charles gave me a free coffee. The manager is not rude, she's quite pleasant, she just wants the employees to do a good job.

The only reason for the 4 stars is that the dining area could have been a little cleaner, but the service and food more than made up for it. I will be back. In fact, I'm downloading the app so I can get deals. Excellent service. I wish I knew his name.

I will never return to this Location, I walked in at 10 AM into the lobby, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without one of the 6 employees asking to take my order, all six were at the drive thru window and were given different tasks to do by what appeared the manager. She looked at me several times, but kept barking out orders to the others, pull the receipt, fill the ice in the machine, get this get that, and so on. I will just take my money elsewhere. Was planning on a two dozen takeout for one of my customers. BYE

Everything is good it just always seems like they are in a hurry and anxious to get the line in drive though moving. When i was inside they were more interested in the drive through and their timer then my experience. The cashier although new was very polite and nice.
