Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Ottawa

I screwed up my order and accidentally ordered twice through online and the cashier at the drive through was absolutely amazing, I believe his name was Mateo, AMAZING service, super understanding. I've gone several times where he's been my cashier and Everytime he's been nothing but super kind and shown respect. Best Employee. Ever.

Stopped in the new Ottawa store today. Store looked great, service was terrible. Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes while some of the employees continued to stand around and talk to each other. Saw me standing there but said nothing. Didn’t have Midnite coffee nor did they offer to make it. Continued standing there waiting for my bagel while the 2 employees working in that area were talking to each other. I had to get one’s attention to get my bagel. Someone needs to tighten the ship there. A little less standing around and talking to each other and a little more attention to the customers. Not too hard to figure out.

Went downhill after they moved. Every drink tastes wattery and bitter. Wait is horrible. They raised the price of everything and charge for whip cream now. I don't get why they moved really, much worse location.

Worst latte from a Dunkin I have ever had! I have no idea why it tasted like fish, but it did. Absolutely horrible. Not sure if the oat milk went bad or espresso maker needs cleaned, but I could only take a few sips of my to go coffee order before throwing it out. Just traveling through so didn't go back to complain because I was back on the interstate before I started to drink it. Slow service for a mobile order. The manager had yo ask for my drink a few times before I received it. Staff was nice, dirty store, and again terrible drink. Such a waste of money and time.

Went to the new Dunkin Baskins robins and If I could give this place an absolute zero I would. The drive through makes no sense you have to turn down one street And turn down another and go all the way around the building from back to front to back again to go to the drive thru. I went inside to order coffee and the employees were to distracted talking to each other to get my order right, had to repeat myself 4 times getting louder every time and when I got the coffee it was watered down and nasty and they couldn't make there speciality coffee. Rude, lousy, and irritating thats the experience I got. Never going back. I'd rather go get gas station coffee then go to that place. The employees are a bunch of unmotivated lazy young highschool grads. Im taking the survey and giving them a Zero. That place is a JOKE go to Jeremiah Joes or Starbucks

New Dunkin Baskin, came in last night for milkshakes. Inside tables and floors were gross. Granted they were a little busy but it took 20 minutes almost to get our shakes. Very slow but the workers are still new so I understand that. I wish they wore name tags so I could give credit to the hard workers I saw there. All the workers are friendly though. Then went through drive thru this morning for coffee and a sandwich and the sandwich was cold but the coffee was great and got in and out super fast and again, friendly at the window.

Went here to try the new Baskin Robbins/Dunkin donuts ice cream, (my first mistake). The inside was very dirty, and rude employees that acted like they didn't even want to work here. Only ONE out of several employees was actually working while the others just stood there and watched.

Manager was great. It was downright chilly (Aka freezing) and I was looking for hot chocolate for a youth group. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, he made me two boxes of Joe except filled with hot chocolate so the kids had a warm beverage, and of course I bought donuts too. Can’t go wrong at Duncan!!!! Great food and great management!!!! Flexibility and customer service is key!!!!
