Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Oldsmar

The service from the young man that took my order was amazing! I requested that my two iced coffee's be made with the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar sprinkle. As he was trying to explain to the young lady that was going to fix the order she just started going off. For what reason no one knows. But what I didn't like is no manager stepped in to help or to find out what the problem. Then as he continued to take orders she still continued to walk back and forward behind the front counter. In front of customers loud and cusreing and using fowl language. No manager still said a word. And not to mention my order was still done wrong after she said she knew what she was doing. I don't know maybe she had mental illness and they know. But they need to get her under control before they lose customers. I will not be returning to this location.

I have been here 3 times. Every single time my order is wrong. First time, ordered croissant sandwiches and got tacos. Second time ordered cheddar with no egg…ended up with egg and American. Third time same thing. What is the point of ordering if you’re just going to make whatever the heck you want? Why are you charging people for food they don’t even order? I get that the employees hate their job and do not want to be there by their attitudes. But at what point do you realize you are getting paid to do a job that you took and you’re simply not doing it? I recommend going anywhere but here.

the food is fine sadly the customer service in this place is horrendous, my drink was done wrong and i kindly ask if they could give me the one i wanted and the response i got was very rude and bitter, I understand how much work and employe has to go through and I admire that but it does not give them the right to be mean or treat customers with disgrace. Do better please

I like their hot chocolate made with milk and whip cream. My Croissant wasn’t toasted and I didn’t have time to give it back to toast I didn’t have time. This location is hit or miss when it comes to how quick there service will be.

Ordered a Small Iced Chai Latte with oat milk and was given a small cup of oat milk it was way too early and I definitely felt no desire to even correct the man especially when it's 9am no one in shop zero customers and you clearly heard me say my order because you read it back to me . These people take these jobs thinking man how hard can it be to make coffee and hmmm my friend when you have consistent coffee drinkers you will realize it's not a walk in the park . So much for my pick me up !! I will say my experiences with Dakota a former employee at this location are very much missed .

In the donut free day I ordered beverage and I don’t received my free donut and they don’t have the flavors that promote. Just 2 flavors. Totally disagree.

You can never go wrong with some Dunkin’ Donuts. You have to stop by this location and check Rose out. She made me an iced coffee on Black Friday as they were closing. Exceptional service. Very positive customer service experience Her contagious positive smile went a long way

We wait almost 25 minutes for a hot chocolate...
