Me and my husband went for an evening ride and went to D&D for a cup of coffee. We had to drive our large pickup truck through a sloppy obstacle course of cones and ropes, half of them were knocked down just to get to the drive through. When we arrived at the intercom a young female says sir did you go through the cones with rudeness. We replied no and she argued with us. She said I can’t serve you then. Sounds like it’s time for her to move on! Scaring away good customers, we were both dumb founded. Wow 😮
my husband and i stopped at this Dunkin’s on 9/13 in the afternoon. We ordered $25.00 worth of inedible food. We were VERY disappointed! Surprised you would put this caliber of food out to a customer. Hash browns were burned and and hard as a rock. The wraps were hard. We had grilled cheese had to rip off edges and eat in the middle outside hard!!! It seems we got all left over food a big price for really bad food!
Had a dress suit on and she gave us the drinks and the coffee cup had a leak she even told us that, and spilt all over my dress pants. Was not happy and of course another dry cleaning. Next time serve hot drinks in a good cup better yet dont tell me your sending it to us
I’ve been to hundreds of Dunkins. This is the best service there is. Fabulous smiling people great prep and product. Don’t worry how long the line is they get you through quickly and with a smile.
Visited this location twice while in old orchard beach, issues on both days. First day my coffee had grounds in it, second day they forgot to give me something we ordered and were billed for.
Both these drinks were untouched and disgusting. Didnt get the full amount of beverage paid for and they were made incorrectly. Then when we try to talk to the worker he just brushed it off and walked away from the window saying it's a problem at all Dunkin's right now. 🧐 Huh you don't give your customers what they paid for Dunkin?
This Dunkin is the absolute best!! I always go here for coffee in the drive thu, and they know me by name. Always friendly and I leave with a smile.
Look what can I say.. clean yes.. busy yes and not so much in the way of donuts and it's muffins. Ya go to one d unkind ya been to all of them. Sorry just my experience.
