Somehow this location’s coffee outshines every other Dunkin. I’ve never been unsatisfied with their coffee or their service. The two ladies working when I walked in today were so kind! Definitely my go to Dunkin!

Worst D & D every they never have donuts. My 6 times going since I moved to Monroe an they are alway out of everything.

Dunkin Donuts is my favorite place for fresh Cofee and Dounts. This place open early morning every day. Friendly atmosphere employees are very polite. Clean bathroom lots of Parking I highly recommend this place.

Very meh. My least favorite Dunkin I've stopped at, been there a few times. The staff, when I've been in, seems completely over being there. I get it. I've worked high volume, minimum wage jobs. At least pretend you don't mind being there when customers are in ear shot and line of sight while making their drinks.

Great customer service and very polite staff. I spelt my coffee and Rays was incredibly nice with me and she got me another cup of coffee for free. This was a really great experience which cheered my day up.

Was pretty much at this Dunkin all day on New Years Eve and the girl with the red hair and the musical Theatre major who were working were both super nice!! They told me their names and I forgot unfortunately. They both need raises!!! Loved them.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to, staff is rude. I asked for cold brew with foam and they gave me a regular iced Coffee, when I told them they just put the foam on top and gave it back to me saying it was cold brew. The guy who works here is extremely rude. The coffee tasted old and bad as well, not fresh. My bagel twist was stale, wont be coming back.

The coffee tastes like burnt hair, and sulfur why? Even better I got food poisoning from rotten milk and they told me I’m wrong and won’t do anything about it. This store is absolutely disgusting and I called the Department of Health. I mean they regularly don’t give me half my order, I paid for an empty bag once… I was on my way to work so I didn’t check being in a rush… Their manager is incompetent and nasty. I will be posting his response to the local paper. This man doesn’t care if you die just if he makes money. Enjoy all the money you have stolen basically for bad product and terrible service.
