I go to this Dunkin Donuts every morning. For the most part, the ladies that take your order are nice but there is one with brunette hair who can be rude when she takes your order. The brunette that gives you your order is always nice. I really would like to know who is on bagels as they do not know the meaning of extra cream cheese. They charged me $1.50 for extra cream cheese for nothing. Even though this Dunkin is close to me, the inconsistencies at this place may make me go to another location.
Well, they didn't have hot fudge. I would think that is a top seller and should be a priority. Lost a sale there. Plus, the attitude of most of the workers is that they don't want to work. A family came in behind us, I heard somebody say "oh no" behind the counter. They don't get paid if no product is sold. Just Common sense. But then again, Common sense no longer exists in this country anymore, does it?
Won’t be returning unless to get strawberry frosted doughnuts. The food is mid at best. Ordered plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Bagel was burnt AND cold. Egg and cheese croissant had no flavor. Couldn’t taste the egg or cheese and even the croissant didn’t taste fresh.
Trash location with oblivious staff. I've visited here on multiple occasions at various times of day; every single time, the location had mobile ordering turned off, citing "short staffing". However, the parking lot was empty and the drive through had just two vehicles in it (see included image). The staff is largely disinterested; the orders are seldom correct to the customer's specifications: extra skim milk was presented as barely above black. Would not recommend this location if you have other options along your commute.
I’ve had a lot of issues with this location. I live right around the corner but I avoid it at all costs. I always buy fresh pack pints and they’re called fresh pack because they’re supposed to be the same as what you’d purchase at a grocery store. They actually pack them and weigh them out at some locations. This location however... you’re lucky to get two scoops in a 5 dollar pint and it’s not worth the attitude you’d receive to have them fix it, honestly it probably still wouldn’t be done right. Seeing as how it’s this bad to begin with. Issues: They love to lock the doors before their posted times. Some of the employees have horrible attitudes. I’ve Only noticed this at night and it’s typically young girls/girl. Might only be the one person, hard to tell, but it’s happened often enough that I just avoid the place. Fresh pack anything is a rip-off.
They serve freshly baked pastries, coffee, tea, sandwiches and of course their signature donuts. I think it’s perfect for a mid-afternoon coffee/tea with a client or if you just want to get some work done on your laptop.First time here and the service was okay. The food and coffee are always good. This location is VERY busy so there are often long waits and they have had points where the lobby is shut down or you can only order with their computer system. The people who are working always seem to be working hard, they just don't seem to have enough help to handle their business volume at times
I hope the manager sees this. I waited over 10 minutes and just got out of line. A lady in front of me with her windows down was surprised how long it was taking too. I drive around and there is a woman on her phone texting and not working. Losing money at this one! I’ll go spend my money at another location
