Drinks always delicious. I ordered the avocado toast and it was pretty tiny but it tasted really good. This location has a Baskin Robbins ice cream shop also.
They have four touch screens which is really useful for ordering faster. It’s 9:55am on a Saturday morning and we are order # 892. They are cranking them out.
It's not the greatest service, but it's not absolutely terrible. Wouldn't go back, though. Drink was made wrong. When in a touristy area, it's not exactly great having to sit through traffic to get the correct drink, so I lived with it. Has browns were completely burnt/dried out though. It's literally hard as a rock. Didn't believe my wife when she pulled on out and chucked it at the ground. Was still solid afterward
Never again will I step into this Dunkin’ donut. The manager was very rude, was short 2 cents on my order instead of breaking another dollar, I picked up 2 cents from the bowl sitting in front of register, manger told me I was stealing from their tip jar. I went out to car came back with 25 cents gave it to manager. She was very loud, broadcasting to whole store that I stole tip money. Many store have a change bowl for those who need a penny take a penny and many times I leave my change. Never again will I step a foot in that store. They just lost a customer and does the company sanction a tip jar?
Sausage egg and cheese croissant was ok, donuts were also just ok. This location has no drive through and the outside order window is closed and forced customers indoors to order and wait for food/drinks. The problem is this location is super small inside so the line is out the door and every customer inside is literally shoulder to shoulder, no room to move, and it’s uncomfortable to have strangers so close to personal space. Will go to the nearest drive thru location next time.
The best donuts by far compared to other Dunkin's. They have the apple cinnamon and when i ask other Dunkin's about it the staff have never heard of it. This OC location donuts still taste good too. When I go to other locations to get my tea, i no longer order donuts because of the limited selections and they no longer taste good and they are much smaller than before, shrink-flation. I will keep going to this OC location though, because of the selection available, they taste good, and they were regular sized, and the staff were friendly and fast service. Please keep it up.
Well, it's Dunkin'. Donuts galore. Good coffee. A bit small , but clean and welcoming!!
The ordering kiosk is awesome. Place order wait and pick up. Same great quality Dunkin. All Dunkin's shud have the kiosk
