Large place, tables if you wish to eat there, is located in a plaza mall, service is good. Bring patience and don't lose your receipt until you get your stuff.

I bought a coffee cake muffin around 6:30 this morning and it's hard as a rock. I was going to use it to put a birthday candle in for a co-worker's birthday and I can't even get the candle into it. Dunkin' donuts, as it has for the past probably 15 years, sucks! The only reason I even went to dunkin' donuts is because there isn't a bakery in the area that's open at 6:30 in the morning. I will not make that mistake again I will drive to Newark and go to Calandra's!!!

Went there this morning to grab some items for my coworkers. There were only 2 employees working and a line of people waiting. No one complained and the staff was friendly, fast and efficiant. Didn't seem to be stressed out at all. They did a great job.

The owner and employees are very polite, helpful and always patient when taking orders. This Dunkin is always always clean and they have on-site parking. Even though they don't have outside seating Sometimes some of the customers take crates and sit on the side of the building that's how clean this Dunkin Donut is both inside and out.

My friend and I were waiting 15 minutes to get 1 order of hash browns… Before placing my order it took 5 minutes for her to help me and when she came up to the register she said, “Yes?” I work in customer service everyday and if I treated customers this way I would get terminated on the spot. The employment here is very questionable.

I loved how the coffee was made before however, for the past weeks I have encountered my coffee looking like this most of the mornings, maybe 2 to times a week the most. I normally don't look at my coffee before I leave but I started doing so that the staff don't think I'm lying. this morning I showed the cashier (light skinned lady) and told me that its normal, its "Nata" I said its not "Nata" it looks more like when the milk isn't good. She shrouded her shoulders as nothing and said "I don't know". I left with my coffee and here is a picture of it, it's looked worse other times. I'm disappointed and will not be coming to this Dunkin again. I had years coming every morning before work.

My mom has been going here for years & she's picky...so it's my go to dunkin as well...mind you it's about 15 minute drive for her!

Nice staff and very clean. My only complaint is with ordering on the go. I order on the app a few times a week so I can grab it on the way to work. Lately it's never ready when I get there (around 10 minutes after ordering), so I stand there waiting for several minutes while they take care of people who walk in to order - even if they walk in after me - and there are never THAT many people on line. There are generally at least three employees behind the counter. I wish one person could be dedicated to checking on the to go orders so they'd be there when I come in, which is supposed to be the point of the service. They are always polite and apologetic when I finally get my order, but it's really not their fault. Management needs to look closer at the way staff assignments are organized.
