I just went through this terrible excuse of a drive thru, placed a mobile order didn’t receive the two donuts I ordered butternut and chocolate frosted. No big deal right turn around go back thru tell the lady on the mic what happens she repeats back to me the donuts they give me a big bag I’m like whatever okay. I get home to find they gave me two random bags that seem to be sitting there awhile I watched them staple the bag close no wonder why. The food in them hard as rocks a glazed donut and bagel bites they gave me trash. Completely unacceptable and inexcusable.
Worst frozen coffee I have ever had! No cream was put in which meant it didn’t mix correctly and tasted terrible.
I like this place but the last four visits they get my order wrong every time! It’s either something missing or just the wrong items!! Please pay attention Love dunkin but this location is starting to be something
Never been spoken to so rudely in a drive thru. Coffee was good though
Good coffee. Best bagel minis ever. Drive thru is super slow in the morning. Outer lane usually blocked by orange cone.
Well went there this morning thru the drive tru. Well after giving my order. The girls repeats it back. Which was wrong so I said 6 cream two sugars. Well got my order and it was wrong but didn’t find out in till about ten minutes down the road so I went back so I went into the dining room. Well was meet by Penny she says it’s gonna be awhile because drive thru is backed up. So I say to her well you made my coffeee wrong. So she’s says you will get a free coffee. So i say every time I come hear you screw up my coffee or sandwich that I order. So Penny says to me go to a different dunkin’ Donuts. Welll I said well I guess that’s the service dunkin’ Donuts offers now. They don’t care about their customers. Believe you you me I have talk to the manager on the phone but nothing changed. When I talked to the manager I said spent 12 dollars there and it’s not right. So she said we are sorry will change and understood my frustration.. Well it was a lie because nothing has changed. The corporate office needs to step it there. Oh wait also Penny said what is corporate gonna do. Dunkin’ Donuts better wake up.!!!!!!!!
Sat in drive through only and they were super slow with more than enough staff on
They charged me for multiple orders which has been done more then once to me. I went there one morning and they charged my card for the person behind me without even saying.
