The staff at this location are so nice, love them! This is my “home” Dunkin so I go here often. It is a very touristy spot so on the weekends around 9:30-11 it gets very busy so be aware. But please be nice to the staff!! They are doing their best to keep it moving.
Went here several times during a stay in Reddington Beach. Got our coffees super quick and they even have wireless chargers on the tables. I think other reviews have way too high of expectations for a fast food coffee joint.
This location is small and very very little seating and have to sit with strangers. The employees are over worked because of so many customers and they get short tempered if you take to long to choose your items ( children seem to be a problem for them ) they are trying to fill orders at the drive through window as well as inside customers. This is a popular beach area so there is a lot of customers. The food is good and so is the coffee. We will probably go back but wish they would put more seating inside.
I love dunkin and this location includes a Baskin and Robbins. I went inside with my neice for ice cream. There was no one in the shop and one girl cleaning the Dunkin side. She didn't acknowledge us and we waited a few minutes before the worker for the Baskins and Robbins side appeared to take our order. Ice cream and portion size were wonderful. My only complaint is this location is not very old, but its a little dirty inside and needs more attention to keeping the floor and tables clean.
I'm a local and frequent the store. Your team is killing it this morning! (9/23) Store is clean, stocked, excellent, fast sevice!!! Kudos to the employees that are working this morning!!!👏🏽💪🏽
Typical fast food coffee joint. This one has a Baskin Robbins so really good frappe.
I have lived on Redington Beach for 28 years and I am a big fan of Dunkin coffee so I was happy when they opened four years or so ago. Unfortunately it quickly became one of those restaurants that depends on tourism for income and provides substandard service. Why is this? Because they have a guaranteed source of customers that will buy whatever they offer. The coffee is frequently cold and old. If you are unfortunate enough to find their maze like drive thru you will see what I am talking about.
Had the Baskin robbins ice cream all good nice staff drive thru is at a dinosaur pace inside good
