Lousy service. I waited for over 15 minutes to be served and no employee even looked at my face, after being served in a hostile manner my order took exactly 23 minutes to be delivered. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by this Dunkin'. Do not recommend 0/10
This is the worst dunkin donuts I have found in Mass. Expect to wait in line way too long and then get the wrong order.
Best Dunkin’s around. The morning girls are the best, they always make my coffee perfectly. They start making it as soon as I walk in. The place is always perfectly clean too. Great job!

Very bad staff has no clue what cappuccino is and the one who does says every time I stop after work that they just cleaned the machine so I walk out with my wallet in hand l. They are open til 7 not 5 or 6 Staff caters to teenagers I noticed that. I will not go there again. I used to love the location. The newer staff I do not
I usually love this place, as it is the closest Dunkin to me and most of the ladies are wonderful. However, I just left there after ordering my normal cold brew and the server told me it’s not good for me (I’m 40 weeks pregnant). I told her my OB is aware of my caffeine habits and is fine with them. Not sure why people feel the need to butt into pregnant ladies diets and tell them (wrongly, might I add) what is best, but I think some people there might need some training about the appropriateness of acceptable conversation. I’m sure this employee didn’t say a thing to the obese customer ordering their daily donuts.
They were speaking Portuguese about us and they were saying bad things, I know this because my friend understands Portuguese and told us what they said. They told us to leave the store we did and one of the employees not on the window and raised the middle finger and me.
No drive thru, but they were quick with my app order so it didn't take up a huge amount of time. I prefer drive thru when I have the baby in the car so I don't have to unstrap him and then strap him back in, especially when I'm in a huge hurry. They also didn't check who it was who took the order, it was just left out. They didn't even say anything to me, anyone could have taken it... :/
