I went in for a cup of ice and it only took me around 7 minutes with no people in line, 6 girls with attitude working on the same mood, even looking at you over the shoulder like you’re begging for food. Seriously the worst dunkin I’ve ever been.

Stood in line, never got greeted or asked for my order while 3 people stood at the other end talking. I left without getting anything. Won't try this one again, which means I probably won't use the gas station again. Gas station employees are always courteous.

I came in yesterday at 2:46 I ordered a large mocha latte with milk and whipped cream and less ice she gave me a medium with full cup of ice and no whipped cream missed up my whole ordered I will never get a another one from her

The teenager behind the counter made my drink, then couldn't figure out how to work the register. I sat there waiting for several minutes while they tried to call someone, and when they still couldn't figure out how to use the register they threw my drink away.

rude workers, and people i know who worked there says how disrespectful and incapable of training correctly. The work area is always messy, and everyone there is rude.

Second time coming here. Both times the lobby was closed due to being 'understaffed' with 4 employees working. Both times they got my drink wrong. This time I ordered 30 munchkins and got 24.

Have been to this location numerous times- but this will be my last. Staff is always rude! Today, I heard conversations of how 1 employee got the “wrong backwoods” and praise from another employee to her coworker that “at least you got you some“. These are inappropriate conversations to have within earshot of customers. Not to mention I was never greeted, and thrown my food without as much as a hi. And my order was wrong!!!!
