Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" North Providence

Waited in the drive-thru about 15 minutes and then when we got to the window, they handed us one beverage and said have a nice day when we ordered 2 beverages and 4 food items. They had to check multiple times for the full order. Sadly, I've had multiple issues similar to this at this location before. I think I will have to make a different location my regular store. This team doesn't seem to work well together and they are constantly fighting with each other in front of customers. Unprofessional. Also - there's almost always an employee parked in the "fire lane" area and it's frustrating because even if you needed to leave the drive-thru line, you can't because they are blocking it.

Went inside first mistake. They left me in line for ten mins to be order with only one lady in front of me and my daughter. Then after ten mins I make it to the counter and she's doing mobile orders rather then take mine. I had to ask why mobile orders are more important then a customer standing here and then she helped me with an attitude.

I didnt think it was possible to get a breakfast sandwich THAT fast. The particular location is super friendly and has the best little design and displays. The people are really nice and everyone knows what they are doing. I wasent ready for my sandwich. Haha

Today this morning I had came off working a double at the hospital and I only wanted a coffee and some food a woman in a blue shirt working the drive thru was very rude to me because her co worker forget to put something in my bag. I kindly moved up so the other cars can get they order and instead of asking me nicely to move to the front so they can give me my food that they forgotten she pokes her head out the window and proceeded to yell at me like I am a child, then she started talking about me and pointing at my car with the next car behind me. I had never had a bad problem here until then and that women mad me never want to go back with the embarrassing way she handled my customer care so sad no a days when hospitality is out the window 👎

Workers are great unless you happen to be served by the stoned manager. Very unprofessional rude and just an angry person. Which I always found odd cuz if I was stoned all day everyday I'd be a very happy person. And never ever tell her that she made your coffee wrong unless you're ready for an episode of When Karen's Attack. Just swallow your pride and tell her you must have gave her the wrong order. Must suck waking up going to a job you hate everyday because she clearly does.. other then that great place.

Great food, hot and fresh both times I went.

OMG!! This is my first time going to this dunkin I normally go to 259 putman pike location but everytime I go there they mess up my order or the coffee is burnt or they are rude and slow. So today I decided to try this one and WOW am I surprised they were so busy line to the road and I wasn’t even in the line for 5 mins they are so fast and both the lady taking my order and the one at the window was so fantastic and so nice. Everything from the coffee and sandwiches and donuts were fresh. I think I found my new dunkin!! I don’t mind driving 12 mins out of my way for fresh coffee and good customer service.
