Very busy! They seem short on help. There is a sign on the door saying "Drive thru only due to staffing issues.", yet, you can enter to order from the counter or pick up online orders. My order was half ready. To make up for the wait, I was given twice the amount of Munchkins I ordered. Nice 👍. Only issue, a girl behind the counter said the "f-bomb" and "G- d-it" while complaining that the bacon 🥓 wasn't cooked correctly. I understand they are under a lot of stress, but, be careful with the language. Place looks in good shape. Facemasks required to enter. I've been back twice and it's better.
The people where nice but tried to over charge for the simlest wrap and mess up the size of my xl mohca with a medium, was just having a foggy hangover Sunday morning from the long week and was wicked humble and apologetic of course. So if it Sunday and not in rush then it's a great vibe!
I think she was the manager. Very rude older woman with dark hair and glasses. Using profanity the entire time. Saying she is tired of this f-ing place, she needs to get the f@ck out of there. A younger lady was telling me they were out of something I had ordered at the kiosk, this rude woman cut her off and said “ you need to pick something else now”. I asked her why she was cutting the other employee off and she walked away saying ‘“ these f-ing people “. I get that it’s hard to find employees right now, but she needs to go. It was clear to see that her negativity and language was making the entire staff uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Best dunking donuts I have found in area. Fast clean efficient every kind of donuts the girl making sandwiches deserves much credit!
You would think that it would be the same at all Dunkin's. I'm from the south and this one has a different flair to then it was really good.
We had a big order 5 lattes, the people behind us were not happy that our order took so long to make.
It was ok but the fact that my donut had hair inside the donut made me sick 😫 and will never buy there again.
Slowest DD in america. Takes on average 30+ minutes to get through the line.
