Dunkin’ with a larger than normal dining area and wifi. My daughter left her glasses here and they were kind enough to put them to the side until we could pick them up. Thank you so much!!!
They would not give a cup of milk for our toddler. Said they are not used to doing it? It is ridiculous. We were ready to pay the price of a latte for a cup of warm milk. What is so hard about it? Plenty of other Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks and other coffee shops do. Plus they were being really rude about it. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Note, We immediately went to the Starbucks that was couple of mins away & they gave us the milk.
I swear every time I ask to have my bagel cut in half and every time they don’t. Today I asked the lady at the drive through if it’s cut in half and the lady told me yes, then when I get home and look in the bag this is what I get, Again. It’s annoying.
My usual experience is fine here. Today however a new hire with red hair and glasses picked her nose as she’s making my coffee and then continues to finish them that is disgusting and I won’t come in the afternoon anymore February 24th 4:44 check the cameras and fire her that’s truly disturbing

Employees too busy talking amongst themselves. I waited 10 minutes for a small coffee, watching the girl making my coffee getting distracted the whole time chatting with other employees. Perhaps it was only a problem with her, because the people behind me had a different order taker and got their coffee way before I did. Stop by Frontside, support local business and get better service and coffee.
waited in line for 25 minutes. ordered 2 coffees. was asked what we want in our coffee, I said "just half and half" finally got our coffees only to discover they were half regular. and half decaf. no creamer in them. we had already left before we opened th so we didn't go back. this waitress was new.
We went in to get out iced coffee after Donation of blood and told them no sugar it could make us fairly sick and sure enough half the bottom of the cups were filled with sugar. When we went to show them they walked away and refused to notice my husband. He walked over to the pick up area where he waited almost 5 mins for someone to notice him and got attitude but they were finally made right. That guy was awesome and kind but the rest made such a fuss that it shouldn't even get the 1 star I'm giving it..... One mad mama
