Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" North Chili

Frequent 40+ minute waits (while they stand around inside), poor customer service, poor work ethic. The only employee that seems to be good at what they do is the bald guy with the beard and he seems to be doing everyone else’s jobs during his shift. Give that guy a raise and have him retrain the staff

This D&D location is very convenient to get off 259 and back onto to it. The parking lot was very clean and the building was nice looking. When I entered the building it had a nice feel to it. The interior space was clean and organized 👌 The employees were at the counter ready to take my order. The service was fast. I took our order to go and enjoy it in our car. The dounts were fresh and delicous. We order iced coffee drinks, and they hit the spot. I'm still drinking my hot coffee and enjoying it as I write this 4 hours later. Thanks to all the employees who serve me and my family and the bakers who baked my dounts. Great job 👍. Gerry

I went to my first Duncan Donuts when I flew to Boston so I was excited when I saw this one. I flew in late so I wasn’t going to go until the next morning. Got here and I saw two people in line ahead of me. I noticed that everyone that came is walked out. I guess they must be regulars because they must have know it was going to take forever. I wasn’t in a rush so I waited. I got my chance to order (it did take a while) and found out that they can’t make lattes because their machine is down. This was disappointing but not a show stopper. The gentleman that took my order couldn’t seem to understand m order (3 donuts and two coffees). I sat down and was excited to to eat my donut. Utter disappointment!!! This was not a good donut. Nothing like the one I had in Boston. It wasn’t good compared to any other donut. Honestly the worst donut I’ve ever had. I can’t understand how this place is here.

The staff here are the laziest bums I've ever witnessed, zero personality and zero customer service skills.. If hate your job that much do us all a favor and quit

Every time I come to this dunking I'm stuck in the drive thru for a minimum of 10+ mins. Only 2 cars ahead of me and it takes 15 mins to even get to the speaker. Order recieved after 25 minutes, girl at rhe window had no idea what I was there to get. Gave me half of my order so I had to go inside because they are incompetent

Quick drive through, even when they are busy. Staff seem efficient and friendly. Sometimes, they run out of certain things on busier days which is disappointing. I generally order ahead on the app and pick up in the drive-through.

This dunkin is by far THE WORST dunkin I have ever been to. My coffees are constantly burnt, the drive thru line was once so slow (25 minutes for 3 cars) that I left and walked in (ended up being late to work), the restaurant itself is always filthy with wrappers and crumbs all over the floor, the employees are always swearing and distracted, and they always act like they’re doing me a favor by giving me what I ordered. One time, they turned me away and told me the machines were broken. They told me I was better off going to the Tim Hortons next door. It’s unfortunate that this dunkin is the most convenient one for me. It used to be great about a year and a half ago. Safe to say I’ll never go back.

Every time I come here, they get something wrong - or the food gets me sick. The last time I came to this location, I threw up all of the food I ordered shortly after, a hashbrown and a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. This was the only place I ate at that morning, and as soon as I got home I threw it up, meaning something was contaminated. I just got back from there, and they messed up my order. I specifically stated I wanted the Caramel Chocolate Cold Brew twice, but they gave me a Caramel Craze. I asked them to remake it, and described the drink that I wanted in the advertisement... and then I got another Caramel Craze. At that point we gave up and left. The service is always super slow here as well. We were the only ones in the line the entire time, so it is not as if they were in a hurry. To the staff, I know you are capable of more and I mean not to belittle any of you. Please do better.
