Very nice and sociable people sometimes if you get a little busy so it will be slow to get your order sometimes I always get my orders fresh

This place is so unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The young gentlemen that was very disrespectful and rude and provided a very low quality service. All I asked for was a coffee and a half a dozen of donuts. They didn’t have any donuts beside the white donuts and jelly donuts, the donuts were extremely hard this is ridiculous!!

First time i received a mini toast like this from Dunkin and paid $4.20!? This is very sad and makes me never want to come back again! They showed me the bread package and because they gave me the beginning of the slices and not the middle, I got stuck with half a toast. A full toast is usually the length of the box. Get with it Dunkin and make sure ALL slices of toast are equal sizes.

I prefer to give them 0 stars. Too slow and too bad taste and I sad less ice while you order they just gave me ice no coffee and chocolate croissant was not warm. 😤

Be careful going there, allways check your change, I payed 10 cash and ask them to charge the rest on debit, I don't know HOW, their just charged 0.10 as cash and the rest on debit! Yes my 10 dollars bill became 0.10 if I did not had checked the receipt I'll have lost 10 dollars in this store. Food was good no complaints, but the cashier really needs to pay attention in what he is doing.

Very pleasant employees who have always embodied professionalism towards patrons. My orders have always been correct and always tastes fresh. Orders depend on the season, this time around we purchased the frozen original, pesto grilled cheese, some munchkins and regular coffee. Every thing was delicious!

The guy at the drive through and the lady making the sandwiches were nice BUT the two managers were terrible and I had a coupon I activated and apparently didn't go through, they wasted my time by making me come inside after driving through the drive thru to *resolve my issue*. Thr issue wasn't resolved and the only thing I got was my time wasted and an overage to my bank account because the coupon (on the DD app)wasn't applied. I also called corporate since the issue and I keep calling back every few days ,they keep telling me the complaint was escalated and someone would reach out to me in 24 to 72hours, and that hasn't happened yet. Update as of TODAY, DECEBER 5TH, 2021: The most horrible management team that I've ever encountered, I can provide the screen shot of the coupon aka *offer* that was activated on the dunkin doughnuts application. I purchased a large cocoa mocha signature iced latte, and a breakfast sandwich that I was supposed to recieve for free after paying for the large drink, after swiping my card (The drive through server, knowing the offer didn't go through) the drive through person swiped it anyway for the full amount of the drink AND SANDWICH after I specifically said NOT TO, the manager came to the window after seeing the was an issue, I was given an eye roll and told to come inside to fix the problem, I went inside and was forced to wait for no less than 15 minutes. The nice lady making the sandwiches even tapped the manager (Dina) on the shoulder to let her know I have been standing there, she gave the lady a shoulder shrug and a nasty look and headed to the back of the store. She then finally gave me a minute of her precious time to tell me that basically to deal with it and then had another lady manager come over to the counter as well and they were then BOTH BICKERING with me and said there was nothing that they could do. Useless, 💯 , and then by the time I left my sandwich was COLD AND HARD, AND TO THIS DAY THEY HAVENT HAD THE RESPECT TO REACH OUT TO ME AFTER I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE SINCE IT HAPPENED ON OCTOBER 17TH.
