Taki's needs to find a new renter for this space. I would take away their franchise if I were dunkin donuts. Doesn't matter if they are over or understaffed, the service is always deplorable and the food and coffee disgusting. It's clear things aren't cleaned or made properly. I went in as the only customer and the girl behind the counter hid on a bucket behind a machine and played phone games for 5 min before I asked what was going on and finally got served. They also refuse to wear masks over their faces.
Probably one of the worst DD’s I have been to. This has happened twice now and will be the last. Order on to go app, showed up 10-15mins later and still wasn’t ready (iced coffee/bagel). After discussing with worker and showing mobile app, she only made the iced coffee. We then had to convince her that we still didn’t get the bagels. Extremely frustrating so much for a mobile app....
Every time I go to this dunks someone is already walking out empty handed and annoyed. The staff is very unprofessional and ignore the line waiting to chit chat about personal life behind the counter. When they do finally take your order they seem annoyed that they have to actually do their job. Slow service and rude!
I've received french vanilla iced coffee atleast 200 times when I ask for FRENCH VANILLA SWIRL. It must happen every day, at every location, wasting TONS of regular french vanilla coffee. Figure it out Dunkin... Maybe put a special indicator for swirl so workers don't screw it up ALL THE TIME.
don't know why it is imposible to get a tosted english muffin here. Getting tired of raw english muffin egg sandwiches.
Great coffee.rolls.and friendly help muffins take.a coffee break
This Dunkies consistently makes the best iced coffee.
Long line in the morning because all these "orders on the go" are constantly running in.
