Nice little location in a gas station with no drive thru. We were in and out. The egg wrap thing I got was pretty disappointing, it was tasty but tiny.

Stale donuts. Crowded with a line to the gas station register. Watermelon refresher drink has pho-pho other ingredients in it and asked for a regular sweet brown tea with lemon and got a lemonade-black tea-watermelon mixed non carbonated drink. Employee either did not understand American English good or was just ignoring my request. Anyhow, ordered 6 donuts, a mix and all were stale. Paid for a "grilled cheese" sandwich and got a microwaved rye bread sandwich with two hyper microwaved pieces of cheese melted to oblivion in the middle of the bread. This was a Dunkin in NY not far from the Seneca Casino, the border, and the falls.

The service is super slow. Be ready to wait in line for at least 30 mins in line even during non- peak hours.

Place was busy, disorganized and staff just did not care. Entered my order on the digital pad, staff member casually set my order to served and went behind the donut shelf with his phone. Donuts were dense and dry too, stale. Really disappointing for a chain that prides itself on coffee and donuts.

Came here to buy some donuts at 8am and when I got there, they only had a few selection of donuts and munchkins. Idk if they run out of the donut I want or they just don't have them anymore. But overall the donuts are good.

The staffs are not helpful, they don’t respond properly. I left the place when I saw bees on the donut. Do not recommend this place at all.

The classic Dunkin' experience was had. Some coffee and a donut. I was pleasantly surprised at their drink options. I had always thought it was just coffee, but they had an assorted drink list to include lattes and Macha.

Flies and bees were everywhere on the food. Drink needed tons of sugar to be close to what i was used to. A customer ordered a sandwich and her cheese was not melted at all. They advised the customer that she can go to her room and heat it herself. Highly unprofessional!
