Large hot chocolate is legit half full Bacon avocado toast has no bacon and barely avocado…. Drive thru lady commented ‘Jesus’ on the quantity of food I ordered It’s not my fault I’m this obese

It was my first time using the app and the young woman who took my order was very helpful and understanding. I ordered a small unsweetened iced tea and an egg, cheese and bacon without bread. They gave me two eggs which was nice. I only wish they wouldn't charge full price because it's without bread.

Terrible customer service... I walked in to place an order for 2 dozen donuts, the employee sighed, and said "just kill me, someone needs to just kill me today" to her coworker. You're putting 24 donuts into a box and that's somehow too difficult for you? Sickening attitude - get better...

Manager and staff are constantly screaming at each other. It is a 50/50 chance you receive the correct order. Despite living near by, we now drive a few miles out of the way to get coffee.

I hate giving bad reviews. I always try to be honest and fair. I’m good understanding and helpful. But this location drove me mad today (Saturday 08/27/2022 at 3:30pm) I was enjoying my day with friends, we got into drive-thro, I was really good mood. I was ordering my order and the lady was aggressive, rude, bad mood. Putting us pressure to finish the order. I asked her please don’t be rude, we are 5 ppl, we need time to see the menu and order. She started screaming. I just went to finish my order at the window. She said: you are all set, won’t make anything for you here, get out. Me: I just wanna pay and we are leaving! She was screaming and putting us nervous. I said I will call the police. She said I will do it for you. (Embarrassed) How someone like this lady can work with ppl (guest/clients). I feel really bad, because never in my store. One of my employee will do it. Working with ppl needs: listening, be patience, helping, understanding, calm down, helpful, smiling. I really hope this location has a better training with their employees.

normally i don’t leave reviews… but to start i walked inside and i was instantly put off by the workers arguing and cussing at each other. nothing crazy, just a bit strange to witness. the woman at the register was sweet and got my order out quickly. i ordered an iced chai latte.. unfortunately, what they handed to me does NOT taste like the chai lattes i’ve had at other dunkin locations before 😭😭😭 it tasted like when a 5 year old puts a bunch of mud and mysterious liquids into a bowl and calls it a “magic potion”… i’m just kind of taken aback because i don’t know how you can mess up an iced chai latte and make it somehow taste like dirt. correct me if i’m wrong, but the drink is just simply made up of chai concentrate and your choice of milk…? if that’s the case, i’m not sure how i ended up with a drink that tastes like bath water. i had to dump sugar into it to make it drinkable. i’ve had this drink at other locations, and typically they all taste amazing. i have no idea what was done differently this time… to be fair, i can’t put too much blame onto the employees for this weird concoction i purchased. i could have asked to have my drink remade. i know how fast paced this kind of industry can be, so i’d rather not be a bother and ask.

My coffee was very good, but it took them a couple of minutes until they noticed me in the store. The girl that took my order was very nice also...

For a small cup of coffee that was awful, I paid 1.87. Major ripoff. I was desperate. One of the worst coffees I have ever had. It makes me wonder if they clean their coffee maker or just make bad expensive coffee or both?
