I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin'. The nitro cold brew was basically all bubbles that reduced down to nothing, and nearly every other time I've been here my order has come up short.

I had 2 great experiences here this week alone. First, I went to the drive through and an enthusiastic young person helped me at the window. They were upbeat and kind, funny and helpful. I even told them that the interaction was a breath of fresh air and I left with a smile on my face. My second great experience was on a morning I was running late and happened to put my scrub pants on inside out. The young woman, Rebecca, was so sweet and funny, she told me my pants were on inside out in such a sweet way that we both got a good laugh and decided I needed an extra shot of espresso. I then awkwardly fixed my pants in my truck while my husband laughed on the phone about the situation and the interaction! Great people great coffee! Thank you!

January 2023: The egg white omelette bites were surprisingly good the other morning. I thought they'd need something - but they did not. Really good for those looking for a diet or healthier choice. The turkey sausage, cheese and egg sandwich on an English muffin smelled and looked great. Hefty in terms of lip smacking bites for fast food lovers. The "apple-raspberry" jelly doughnut DD's came up with a few years ago as some sort of Company Board decision, to merely offer and produce one flavor at a multitude of franchises is still simply okay. So many other places to get a better one. # 12/2022 update: Macchiato is still a fine cup of espresso and steamed milk here. I drank half of mine and was so awake I put the other half away for later. Still love the croissant with sausage, egg and cheese sandwich (they discontinued the ham option) but was sorry to read online it's the worst choice health wise. Even my egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin was hefty in terms of its nutrition breakdown. This is partly why I don't stop at DD's much. The egg white sandwich mentioned below is no longer on the menu (must have been that seeded bun!) but the option of omelette bites ranks high in terms of low calaries and fat grams. Two options: Bacon and cheddar flavor with whole egg and veggie with tomato, spinach and a 4 cheese blend flavor with egg whites. Two come with the order. I have to give them a try. As mentioned earlier, I still don't get the location change across the street. # Dunkin' Donuts moved their long standing location across the street on the Rte 44/219 intersection within the last couple of years as an upgrade. Yes, it's new and this space must have seemed advantageous to the company. I personally don't see the difference, but it still does good business as there is usually a line. Exiting the drive thru, consumers still need to navigate a way out if going one direction or the other, as with the old location. The new car lanes are tight. As for the food, DD's for me still makes the best breakfast sandwich. The croissant sandwiches, whether ham, sausage, bacon or only cheese are so gratifying with every bite. The egg white menu option is good but I substitute an English muffin over the multiple seeded bun. Their macchiatos are incredible, too. Great buy right now for three pounds of coffee at $19.99. Pounds! Not the standard 12 oz. bags. # Quick service. Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I swore off going here months ago but just happened to pass through the drive-through cause I work nearby and I was hungry. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on English muffin and an order of hashbrowns which I immediately threw into the garbage at the end of the driveway, because the English muffin was still cold like it had been pulled just out of the refrigerator and the hashbrowns had absolutely no seasoning on them. I don’t know how you can pull them out of the hash brown bag without seasoning, but they were horrible. This place has constantly got my orders wrong, My drinks made poorly, My food made horribly, and I used to work at one of their sister locations and I know policy isn’t being followed with food handling. For example, English muffins or to be toasted every single time no matter what and if I’m wrong about that, I’d love to know

This is the best Dunkin I've been to in a while. I stop for coffee and a breakfast sandwich on my way to work sometimes, and even though it's pretty early, everyone is very kind. It's quickly become my favorite Dunkin to go to!

We love this Dunkin because nothing is unavailable there and the staff is kind plus it's near a very beautiful spot which is Saville dam. There are a lot of cute downtowns like Canton, Hartland, and plus there's kayak activities around. This is one stop after visiting cute and beautiful places around

Clean bathrooms, pleasant staff and well stocked each time we have stopped by. I will admit the soap is a bit odd smelling, but better that than not having it. I give credit to one of the workers there who dealt with an interesting person who came in because a different Dunkin’ messed up her order. He handled the situation well, and given the odd circumstances, it could have gone badly so it gets extra points in my eyes. That shows good management if the employees are so well trained.

I loathe coming here. Each and every single time my order is made incorrectly. I try to be supportive but since the new staff has arrived, the service is not good. I wish I had another coffee house choice! Will not spend another cent here
