Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Nesconset

I was happy about the convenience of the location but we will go back to portion road…. I’ve placed large orders and personal small orders through the app and not and I can say the same thing with all of them… whoever the female working the order taking on the drive thru has cost you my business and from what I hear other ex customers as well. (She might even be a supervisor or mgmt) From the start, the order placement, which is the beginning of a customers experience I am rushed and made to feel like I bothered you. Not good! From now on we will go to Jeco’s deli next door or the busier Dunkin Donuts on Portion. Just 1 more thing…. Who puts 3 Boston crème donuts in a bag divided by Dunkin paper napkins… c’mon. So, both items are a Mess. The donuts’ icing is now All Over the Napkin and the napkin cannot be used because it has the food I just paid for all over it. I hate to have to write a review like this but after too many recent experiences I had to let you know. -Personal skills for the woman. -Training on putting donuts with icing in a bag with paper napkins.

Worst Dunkin’. Order is always wrong (when they are actually open, so many instances where you show up during their morning hours and it isn’t even opened). This place needs some serious help to get their act together.

Many Dunkins don't have French Culver's! This one did...yea!!!!

Awful experience here they don’t care about getting your drink’s correct. Served me just hot water when I asked for a latte. Staff is rude and management is poor . Go to another location this one is by far the worst one on long island . I have never been treated so poorly and I go to a DD multiple times a weeks . This one is now crossed of my list.

EDIT: They are still getting simple orders wrong, made it very clear we wanted TWO egg Sandwhiches, they only rang up one, then didn’t serve the cold brew with the order. Have to lower my review again. The manager is nice, but the place is inconsistent might go to another location for a bit, the one on 347 is close enough

The place is horrible , horrible staff ask for a hot latte I got hot water instead and when I asked if this could be remade they said no and wouldn't reimburse me when I said I didn't want the drink. also got the finger from staff while I was wearing my EMT uniform and was told to go back in the ambulance and enjoy my drink.

Unacceptable with everything going up an dunkin donuts can't give a clean donut with my chi latte looks like they put too much creamer on it .... I think it's the last time I come here. Ridiculous.

This was my go to dunkin because my order was always correct and service was quick and efficient. However, the past month or so my orders have been wrong, bagels saturated in butter After asking for a little butter, coffees not done the way I ordered, and just overall the quality of service has declined. Not sure what happened but after the 5th time of my order being a mess I’ve started going to another Dunkin’ for the simple fact that I waste more time going back to get it corrected. A year later decided to try this Dunkin again my Food was ICE COLD both times I went!!
