My family and I ordered 2 avocado toasts and it came completely black and burnt. I wasn't going to let my 7 yr old son eat burnt toast so I went back and asked them if this black toast is even OK to consume. The woman behind the counter continued to say "yeah" very rudely might i add, so I asked her to re-make it. After she made the toast, she tossed it across the table without saying anything, not even apologizing. Terrible customer service, and serving unacceptable food!

Asked for 2 glazed donuts and got 2 chocolate donuts. If the employees weren't speaking in a foreign language and could understand English they might get your order right.

Came in for 12 Fronde coffees, 12 sandwiches and one dozen of donuts. Was well taken care of. Thanks team

They are super slow for having 3 plus people working. That all barely speak English so when you order something via mobile order they still don’t get the order right. Once I ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel and they still put it on a croissant. Then today I order a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they put plain. And my bagel was cold by the time I got the coffee.

This location is hit or miss depending on the day and how busy they are. Some of the issues are not their fault (the app doesn’t allow for all the details), but staff is still very unfriendly and my order is rarely correct (incorrect 90-95% of time). That being said, I love DD and so happy to have it in neighborhood, so hopefully owner can just step up the training a bit. Tip for customers to check order before leaving store! Thanks!

long time waiting for my order to be ready the employees keep talking and don't worry about work and leave us waiting as if there was no one inside the dunkin. I had a bad experience at this dunkin and I don't recommend it 1/10

Just terrible! I don't know what else to say. They mock you and say bad things about you in Spanish thinking you don't understand. Zero customer service, very willing to give one hard time. Wanted to split the dozen of donuts I ordered in two half dozen boxes they won't do it, first they say we don't know how then they say we "charge by box here".A guy came from the end of the other end of the store to turn it into a rough argument at 6:30 am. Difinitly do not trust this place for children. Unsafe unfriendly place, once you step in there you'll know what I mean.
