They all need raises for how amazing they are at making people’s coffees, food and the service is honestly the best I’ve ever gotten even compared to high end places. I don’t go anywhere else for my coffee and I’ve gone to dunkin everyday for the past 8 years.

Used to be my favorite Dunkin that we visited everyday. There’s a new employee who has the worst attitude. Messed up our order, before we could even ask to have one part of the order remade (girlfriend is gluten free and the employee took liberty with the caramel latte adding chocolate cookie crumbles, in her words made the drink better) the employee refused to remake it and refused to even refund us. Just a nasty, miserable person who shouldn’t not be working the drive thru. Can’t get any help from Corporate or the local manager or owner so go to Starbucks or McDonalds where your business will actually be appreciated.

Coffee good staff very nice Much too hot inside this place Would not dine in because no air conditioning what is wrong with this owner?

Says store closes at 8 and it’s 7:40 all the doors are locked and drive thru is taking cars. We walked here and refused service. Ran back to get a car and we’re told they’re out of all donuts and treats. Sounds like accuracy and training are necessary.

It was very dirty but, Donuts were delicious, coffee was good, service was great.

Super slow, doesn't seem organized at all. Bathroom was in horrible shape, and we visited 8am.

Just stop there for a ice coffee with milk and I got water and milk I don't call that ice coffee. This place, it's bad. Please check everything that you get from this place.. 👎👿

To go packaging is terrible. Spilled 2 drinks on way home. Learn from other DD's how to treat your customers properly.
