Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Muscle Shoals

Everyone was bustin’ their tails this morning to get orders filled. They were wrapped around the building and the lobby was full, but they were still working as a team and persevering. Great job you guys. I visit so often but I just wanted to come on here and encourage y’all. People should be more appreciative to those that give us caffeine! Thank y’all ❤️

I began to enjoy my iced chai tea and waited for my mini bagels. As I cruised by a couple tables in hopes of sitting down(2 clean , 2 dirty , 1 occupied). Since I'm the only customer and there are 5 employees standing around, one would assume no tables filled with donut crumbs and debris exist. ... no biggie right. I sat at the tall bar counter and waited for my order... and while 5 people cackled and giggled, I waited. It would have been a nice gesture to bring my order out to me since I'm the only 1 here ( that isn't being paid by DD) and since it sounds like social hour at the 8th grade cafeteria table, ... maybe they just aren't trained to or even advised not to do that.. but ... when these folks .. mostly all kids granted .. let me sit there, while my bagels were obviously ready and never announced my order was ready! Sitting on the pick up counter, 2 ft from the lively bunch that saw me, saw my order and yet never had an inclination to let me know.. on another note the chai tea and bagels were so good! And the young cashier was sweet and pleasant.

The last 2 times I have visited, I haven’t gotten what I ordered. I wanted iced coffee and got frozen. Also, I ordered large and got medium. I was charged over $6.00 for a large coffee and got a medium frozen coffee. I’m not one to complain but this has happened twice and I’m upset that I paid full price for large and got medium, wrong flavor and frozen not iced, plus I was over charged because a large salted Carmel iced frappe usually only costs $5.00 and some change. AND I ordered whip cream. Do you think I got that? Nope. What’s up Dunkin?

This place is a joke. About every other time we go there, they're out of some size of cup. As frustrating as it was on 9/3/23, we ended up going to the one in Florence, whom by the way makes A LOT better signature iced coffee.

I think Hailey bre and kensley are very amazing they have a great attitude they definitely make me smile when I come inside and through the drive thru I think they are awesome❤️❤️❤️👍👍 keep up the great work

I miss the old team couple years back they were always friendly and made my order perfect this time my coffee tasted black when I wanted pumpkin didn’t taste like pumpkin at all for both mine and my boyfriends and it wasn’t mixed well they gave him a plain bagel when I asked for cinnamon raisin they have gotten worse as the years go I don’t think we will be coming back

They were very fast and my order was correct so that means they get 5 stars!

Ok. So it is a franchise, but the employees are helpful, funny, and make my husbands' Iced Coffee exactly how he wants it. All Dunkins have the same drinks/food. The employees make this location worth going to! We're going again tomorrow. We live about 45min away; still our fav coffee shop!
