I ordered an iced coffee with caramel, cream and Sugar. The coffee tasted awful. I don't believe any caramel or cream was added. The longer it sat the darker the coffee became. Unfortunately I didn't take a good look at it or taste it until after I left and at that point I decided instead of turning around and going back I would go to a different Dunkin that was ony way. Thankfully this time it was correct. I will definitely be avoiding the Mountain Top location if this is how their coffees are made.
One of the main issues with this Dunkin' Donuts is its lack of consistency. The taste and quality of their coffee can vary widely depending on the time of day. Unfortunately for me we historically get terrible coffee from this location.
Great coffee. Pleasant workers and very efficient. Would recommend for a quick stop to get a coffee to go if you're in the Mountain Top, PA area.
This is a drive-thru only location. The service was fast, and I didn't feel like we inconvenienced the staff when we added another item at the pick-up window. Everyone was polite, and service was great.
Ever since they moved to the new location the staff has done a terrible job. Way too much cream in the iced coffee way too watered down week iced coffee
This place is a joke I ordered a decaf coffee it was literally cold when they handed it out the window when I said something About it they told me to go back around the building due to the line. It is not my fault they refuse to open their lobby to customers. Never again. I will go down the street to turkey hill at least I know I will be disappointed with the coffee there and not over pay for the disappointment.
Always a pleasure to visit this location! Great customer service and even better donuts! I cant wait to see the new location in Mountain Top has in stock! Side note: this location is drive through only, no dining area still a good place to go.
Staff is consistently rude when going through the drive thru. Get another job if you hate it so much. Don’t take it out on normal non rude people just ordering coffee at a coffee shop. Grow up.
