Should SERIOUSLY consider evaluating your drive-thru attendants. This is the first point of contact for most customers with your business and the “I don’t care” attitude(s) shouldn’t be on the front line. This is not isolated to only today’s visit or with only our family as customers as anyone looking through reviews can see employee(s) attitudes echoed as a concern over-and-over again. That said-the food is always correct and the coffee is great!

Fantastic place, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most even know my order when I walk in. Even when super busy I don't wait long, they are moving quickly to get everyone taken care of. Store is very clean. One of the only Dunkin buildings I will go to. They do need to make the donut that has apple filling in it an every day staple. I'm always trying to find those when I go in. So good!

Service was fast and accurate. Employees may have been at the end of their shift and not so cheerful. No hard feelings I completely understand I think the important thing is that they got the order right!

One of the better stores I've been in... Food is always good (Breakfast and donuts). Service is always good. Even when busy in the morning they still rock it out!!! Some People need to understand that when it comes to food they prepare the food to order. So it may take a few minutes if you got breakfast other than donuts that is already made. They do a GREAT job every morning I'm in there knocking the line down fast along with dealing with the drive through. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!

I have been a regular customer to the location for ALMOST A YEAR! Anyways today I decided to go get coffee and some donuts for a few of my coworkers. Well my coffee was NASTY AND MADE WRONG. The donuts was hard and steal. So once I got to work I called, and the MANAGER ANDRE WAS VERY DISMISSIVE TOWARDS ME!! No REMORSE ANYTHING!! I have gotten a refund before when I ordered throw the mobile app. They have lost a customer, and this manager ANDRE needs to take a class on customer service! ATTITUDE AND MORE! Listen I work in the food service industry customer service industry i WOULD NEVER BE LIKE THAT TOWARDS ANY CUSTOMER! Next up I’m filing a complaint with COOPERATE I hope it was worth it ANDRE!!

Look I don't ever post google reviews really but this dunkin is actually freakin awesome they barely ever get my order wrong and it always tastes amazing and the staff is so sweet and I love you guys thanks for fueling my day!!!!

I go in there every morning before work and today they were rude. I like my coffee sweet like extra so that’s what I told them and then when I saw that they put less of what I usually get and I asked if she could put more and she was like it would cost extra and just rude like I couldn’t pay for the extra. Terrible customer service
