Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Morehead City

This place seems to have a problem knowing how to order there supplies for the drinks and food they serve. Corporate needs to step in and get control of this store. Some employees need to be trained in manners and how to talk to customers.

Don't waste your time and money here, go 5 minutes further down to the other one in Morehead by Walmart that is locally owned and impeccable. They turn their coffee machines off an hour early to clean them. And the service is awful. Attitude every single time they take an order at the drive thru. The orders are often wrong or just made terribly.

Never even got waited on after 20 minutes. The lady in front of me had 3 cups of Baskin Robbins ice cream and stood there in front of me waiting to pay for 15 mins easy. By the time we turned around to leave with no acknowledgment that we were even there, her ice cream had become a milkshake. My opinion is if you walk inside to receive service is that you will wait until they have waited on everyone in the drive thru first and then we will acknowledge you. Horrible service, ZERO STARS and there were 5-6 people behind the counter. Working yes but only for drive thru customers. Will stay as far away from this DD as possible with my wife and 3 kids.

Usually this location is decent so I am not sure what is going on today. Drive thru only at this location until further notice. Wait times long, coffee was burnt and lemonade refresher was mostly water. The food we ordered was good but some was cold by the time we got it.

I drive away with nothing about 1/3 of the time. When I manage to struggle through their sporadic, rude and wholly underwhelming 'service' it is often to find they are out what I wanted or I can only obtain it after arguing with them about whether I want it, know how to order it or they indeed sell the requested freaking coffee and donuts at a place that only sells coffee and donuts. A sample: "Welcome to Dunkin" the Dunken "Hi. How are you?" The me "....." D. "Alright... Are you out of any donuts this morning?" "We have all donuts." "Ok. Can I have a double chocolate and a blueberry?" "We are out of double chocolate." It gets more awesome from there.

honestly you never know if ur food is gonna be ice cold or burnt there’s no in between. they just don’t care lmfao oh and they forgot my food this time. constantly rude and terrible customer service. if you hate ur job just quit 💀

I used your work here a long time ago when it was the original Baskin Robbins Dunking Donuts when I was much younger in my 20's. I am 42 years old now so I will stop by my former employer every now and then for a ice coffee and a donut.. When I did go on different occasions the service was good. Ice coffee was delicious

Kind of bummed with our current meal. Ordered late breakfast between meetings today. We are not only missing donuts and sweets. We are eating burnt bacon, and a very toasted everything bagel. Also, had to add our own cream cheese to our bagel. $50 dollars later, we are still hungry and a little salty.
