Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Moore

We went in for ice cream and we have several people in our family that have severe food allergies. Sophie did an AMZING job taking care of us, switching gloves and double cleaning utensils for each new allergy. The assistant manager was training the cashier when we checked out and she was providing great customer service training. We have made this our weekly stop for desert after church on Sunday’s.

I’d rate zero stars if I could. Today I was disappointed I wanted to try the new cold form but upon ordering they told me that there was no dairy. Which I’m allergic to dairy. So they ended up saying it had dairy when I reached the window. The remake was just plain black coffee with sugar. The picture is off them adding flavors to remade coffee. Don’t come here they do t care about your allergies or making it right.

Let me just say Dawn and Amber are amazing! They literally made me feel like family.. I hope Dawn goes far in this company because she’s the example of customer service. I’m not talking about the quiet Yes ma’am and thank you, I’m talking about the way you speak to a friend or family like yes girl it is amazing and so on. I felt like we known each other a while! And I hope she see’s this review and knows her vibe and energy made my attitude better.

So disappointed to get home with two black coffees after ordering two speciality coffees. I did check the sticker and confirmed that the correct coffees were on the stickers. When you only treat yourself to coffee as an every now and again treat this was such a let down. I will ALWAYS go to Scooters for my coffee treats from now on. My daughter and boyfriend said their breakfast sandwiches were pretty good, so 2 stars for being able to cook a breakfast sandwich, 0 stars for coffee.

The girl at the window named Dawn was AMAZING. I've been trying to do the survey on their website, but I didnt want my receipt so im not sure what the "store number" is to do the survey :( I hope she sees this, as Dawn was amazing and is a gem to hold on to! Thank you for being so kind and pleasant!!!

The best donuts ever. Prices are good for the dozen. I understand how it’s sometimes hard to clean up the store during the morning rush but service was still good.

We visited this location for the Dunkin Donut side of the shop. We wanted wanted a late night snack and thought donuts would be a great choice, this location did not disappoint us. The staff was very friendly and before closing they still had a decent selection of donuts. It truly hit the spot.

Terrible service. Only two cars in front of me in the drive-thru and I was waiting in line for 20 minutes before getting to the window. Then I was told the food wasn't ready (three breakfast sandwiches and a water) and to pull around front. Waited another 5 minutes before finally going in to see what the problem was. The kid behind the counter handed me an incomplete order with no explanation or apology. I was so mad at this point that I didn't even try to get it corrected. What should have been a 3 minute trip to the drive-thru ended up being a 30 minute ordeal. I'm never coming here again.
