This place is horrible. Only two people working there and it took 25 minutes for two black coffees and two donuts (both of which were put upside down in the bag and got all messy). It’s not all of their faults. At this particular time they were understaffed and set up for failure. Either way that’s not really the customers problem and I won’t be back to this particular location again.

I would give zero stars the guys who work the drive thru are terrible while one was just extremely rude at the speaker the other at the window spilled a hot tea on my hand and just lacks basic communication skills and hearing. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DUNKIN IN MY LIFE

AWFUL awful dunkin. As everyone said the staff is eally nice. But that doesn’t mean anything when you don’t get your coffee. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts seven days a week. Over the last two weeks their espresso machine has been broken. Three separate times. This is completely unacceptable. It takes forever to get your coffee. People are beeping in the drive-through lines. I don’t think the owner really cares about this place at all. It’s really disheartening. It would be nice if the owner actually kept the place up. They’re nice enough but complete orders very slowly. When you ask for a certain drink it’s 50/50 whether or not you get it exactly as you asked. No sense of urgency and frequently inaccurate orders: so head here if you like gambling or have time to kill.

Customer service was terrible! I wish I got her name. But she had deep red colored hair and seemed young. No polite greeting, took her own sweet time to take the order. When asked if she could add some sprinkles to a chocolate donut she initially looked clueless and then said she did not have sprinkles. She messed my order and instead of adding jelly filled munchkin, added a plain one. No Thank or smile at the end, like she was doing a favor.

Went through the drive-through today and the lid was not on my cup all the way... When she handed me my coffee it spilled all over me.. I now have burned fingers and my interior is covered in coffee. If I wasn't in so much pain I would have asked for the owner's number but I will sure be doing that tomorrow. I was on my way to work and thank goodness I'm a nurse, I was able to get some burn cream for my hand. Not one employee asked if I was OK.... I had to ask them myself, for ice. They literally just stood there and stared at me while I tried to clean up.

This is the first time I'm reviewing this place. I dont do much of this at all but only when I feel its necessary. I live right up the road from this location so I use them frequently. I always order something very simple. 2 coffees one regular and one black. I have never experienced such a lack of accuracy on such simple orders. They have probably made 25% of all of my orders there correctly. It seems as if they hire young people who do not seem to care very much and/or lazy. Unacceptable. This place needs to start getting orders correctly or they will end up losing a lot of business for sucha simple thing they could fix.
