Fast service. The ladies working the front were very patient and kind. It is helpful to know what you want beforehand, they aren’t the best with giving recommendations upon ordering. The coffee tastes good (nothing spectacular) and is affordable compared to other chains. The donuts didn’t look fresh. The area inside isn’t the cleanest, but most come to get drinks to go not to stay. I’d come here over Starbucks anyday👍
my lemonade was straight water and lemon juice, they didn’t understand what i was ordering and they only had glazed munchkins, which WERENT EVEN GLAZED. they were disgusting straight balls of dough. terrible experience.
We went through the drive through at 8:30a on a weekday, and no one responded after asking twice (~2-3 min). We ended up going inside, and there were 6 staff (1 training, another training the new employee), and 4 others just hanging around. The cold brew I got was watered and weak, like a regular iced coffee. They really didn't care. Didn't have any negative interactions, and I don't mind trainees. I do mind not responding to the drive through speaker (or at least posting a sign saying it's out of order?) as well as seeing multiple people just sitting around doing the bare minimum. I'm empathetic... folks should get paid more, but please do the job?
Location is terrible. Drive thru never open even with 6 employees in store. Ask to speak to a manager and they said one wasn’t there. Well how did they open the doors? I’ve sent complaints to corporate and the owner never responds. Stop supporting this location. Let it close. They still have advertising on the windows that are a month expired. Menus falling off the boards. The owner doesn’t care. Left empty handed.
Waited at the box for at least 10 minutes without so much as a, “hi we’ll be right with you,” before we attempted to get help. When we did get a response all we received was, “we’re backed up inside please hold on a moment.” Your drive thru was also backed up, learn how to prioritize ALL of your customers, not just the ones inside. When we got to the window nearly 20 minutes later, the person opened the window and just looked at us, not a word spoken until we told them what we were waiting for. Absolutely ridiculous service, I would have left but I paid for the order ahead of time through their app. Get it together or just close this location if you can’t serve your customers both inside and outside. America only runs on Dunkin’ if we actually receive service from your employees.
Hoping the owner of this franchise sees this because your employees are doing you no favors. Waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes with no answer, everyone started to pull to the window just to have the employees tell us that there is no manager and the person that takes orders is in the bathroom. They told everyone that they had to get back in the car line or come inside. As someone that lives near this store, I know for a fact they can take orders at the window. Has happened many times when the speaker was broken (which happens a lot). Retraining of your staff is a must. Many of us won’t be returning and you’re about to run out of the tourist business until next season. Good luck in the slow season with an operation as inept as this.
I honestly do not understand why this Dunkin’ is so awful? Every single time we order (which for some reason has been several times regardless) our food is cold and my coffee is typically melted. My wrap is always cold on the inside and slightly warm on the outside. The workers are rude and clearly don’t want to be there, and it shows with the quality.
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They NEVER have enough donuts! Doesn’t matter what time you come by. My husband and I generally come by at 8am and they are already out of donuts…This is a tourist area and you would think whomever delivers to this location would make sure they have enough! Been like this for years so I don’t see anything changing
