Donuts were all stale and glazed was slimy. Service was not friendly at all. Was advised they don't make donuts at the store anymore since COVID. Definitely were not good quality donuts at all. Kids wouldn't even eat them.

Wife and I stopped in the other morning to find every table dirty.... Customer Service is non existent...One staff member kept taking personal calls on her cell while at the front counter while the others seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves then helping customers or CLEANING. This is the dirtiest Dunkin I have ever been to. Considering the high cost of 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches I expected way better. We won't be returning to this store.

My partner and I are raft guides on the Ocoee, for the entire summer we came Saturday & Sunday morning. If there is one specific lady working our experience is great - she waits on us quickly and makes our coffees perfectly every time. Everyone else seems to be trying to make our order wrong because it’s different every time. Guy said “I’ll add cold foam to both” I said no I don’t want sweet foam (I can’t process high fat dairy), 1 min later both drinks had sweet foam. There are times you’ll stand at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge you for almost 10 mins bc 5+ people are so focused on the drive thru. I’ve watched one lady make faces and flip off customers after they walked away. Ultimately this is an extremely disappointing location outside of the one gem working there.

This is a Dunkin we always stop at on our way to Fl..could always count on it. What happened???? This time it was disgusting. Dirty, dirty, dirty..did I mention dirty? Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile including the restroom. I walked in and walked right back out. My croissant sandwich was smashed and cold. People working there were rude. Zero stars is more like it.

Visiting Georgia for the first time and stopped at Dunkin and sat inside. It was a little disorganized. The odd thing happened when we walked outside. An older woman about 75 wearing a Paisley dress with high heels and gray hair in a bun yelled across the parking lot to my daughter and granddaughter asking for a ride to South Carolina saying she was with two men but they were fighting and she got out of the car and they left. The odd thing is my grandson and myself were next to her at the time but she called my girls across the parking lot. She kept crying and saying no one will help her. I told her to go in Dunkin and call the police. She ignored that and kept crying. We left then thinking it was very suspicious. Did anyone else encounter her??

Young girl at drive-thru (short, darkish hair) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Has happened multiple times, to the point that I and my family now avoid this location altogether. I tell everyone I know to save themselves the aggravation and do the same. I have heard from more than one person who used to frequent this location that their experience was the same or similar. I suppose good employees are just too hard to find these days, so they are literally scraping the bottom of the barrel with regard to the caliber of people they hire. Do yourself a favor: incur the extra mileage to go to another location...unless of course you enjoy Gen-Z attitude blasted in your general direction through a drive-thru speaker. Just awful. You can do better, Dunkin'.

Probably the nastiest service provider I’ve ever encountered. Just rude as can be. We certainly didn’t hit it off but she concluded by calling me an a***ole. She made it known she was the MANAGER. She also invited me never to return, which is fine. Despite our interaction, I never used bad language, she did. I’m shocked the owners tolerate her behavior.

I ordered a coffee from here. When I arrived to get it they told me they were out of frozen drinks. They refused to give me a refund.
