My husband and I shared a cup of coffee from here and we’ve been on the toilet a few times. This is the second time this is happening from the coffee at this location. Please be conscious of the expiration date on your milk and creamers. 🤢🤢

This was one of the worst experiences at this location. I had a half hour to get to work (which was right around the corner) waited in line just to order for 15-18 minutes (it was me and a car at the speaker). After I said my order, they repeated it back and never told me how much it was, which you should cause not everyone uses credit card. Pulled up to the windown to find the girl taking money texting on her phone, no wonder everything was super slow, she finished her text before even greeting me. When I received my drink the first time they put no whipped cream in it, told them then double checked the receipt, yes I did and also had to pay for it (shouldn't have to pay for it if the photo in the board shows the drink with it, hello false advertisement). When I got it back I put it in the holder and didnt touch it until I got in to work....where I found a hair in it. No it wasn't mine as it was IN the coffee mixture. The whole time I was at dunkin took a total of 27 minutes. I have never waited that long, nor had this back of service. At least my sandwich I got was hot, correct and with no hair in it.

Walked in to order because drive thru had 6 cars. Waited a few minutes then an employee said there would be a long wait because the drive thru is long & there is only 3 people working Customer asked if drive thru was prioritized & she said yes. All 3 employees were talking about how ridiculous it was to have 3 people working and if people wait it wasn’t their fault. Several times the taller employee said she was over this job. Come out to 7 cars in drive thru. Not at all customer friendly or pride in their job. Maybe a manager on site would be helpful or additional training. Going to DD closer to home they definitely like their jobs & customers.

I went through the drive thru this morning, on may 28th. Worst mistake one of your employees who was white & a women. Messed up my order I asked for 15 mini donuts she told me it doesn’t come in that count. I said okay but your manager gave me 15! Count before that’s, why I am a little taking back by your comment. Then I asked for a hot tea with 3 lemons & 9 sugars, your employee kept talking over me then proceeded to ask me over over do I want the hot tea I said yes three times. Lastly I ask for onion bagel she tells me we do not have that kind of bagel with a attitude. Long story short she gave me a cold medium tea with no lemons & 3 sugars & a regular bagel no blue cheese or butter on it. The only thing she got right was my mini donuts.

We LOVE this location, but we will literally only go if we know Heather is working. She's so pleasant to interact with and seems to be the only person who can get orders done correctly. She's such a blessing to this location. Heather deserves a raise and a promotion!

As usual the employees are super super rude, like HOW do you not correct this problem?! It’s always the two boys, when they’re working together forget it, it WILL be a problem

Horrible customer service attitude every time we go. People have forgotten basic communication skills. Very sad.

The best first cup in town! The manager is always smiling polite and will to make your day better.
