Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Menasha

I have ordered avocado toast with bacon multiple times about half a year ago and had no issues. But today I ordered it and when I opened the box I was greeted with black bacon sprinkled all over my toast. It was not a great experience, I picked it all off. The drive-thru was quick and friendly so that was good.

I ordered a hot chi tea late and age waiting a bit for it (in resteraunt) the top was just warm but the rest was cold and it tasted terrible. My best guess is they didn't stream it properly I ended up just throwing it away. I will never go back to this DD and the experience has soured me from the brand altogether.

Fast service but order accuracy was not there.. ordered glazed donuts and got pumpkin with almost no glaze when that's not even what I ordered and the store phone number doesn't even work...

I have been going to this location since it opened. I usually go thru the drive thru. The last 3 times I've ordered a large iced coffee with Butter Pecan and Cream, they have decided to add sugar even though I don't ask for it. So today I went in to order. They got the coffee right. But then I was going to order a donut, and there were knats or something flying around in the donut case and all over the donuts!!! When I said something to the girl behind the counter, she just said "Yeah, we've been keeping it clean and we just can't get rid of them" 🤢 May have to start going elsewhere.

I went into the store to buy some doughnuts. It was about 1pm on a Saturday. There was not a huge selection to choose from. I was also not happy with the fact that there were flies flying in the doughnut case.! It was kind of gross. Isn't that a health department issue? The staff was friendly however.

Ordered thru mobile app for drive thru pick up. Placed an order for 2 Boston Creme donuts and strawberry glaze with sprinkles and use a coupon for a free matcha iced green tea. When I opened the bag, the glaze on the donuts was everywhere on the inside of the bag. I have no clue why DD would serve donuts that are that gooey. Only redeeming item was the free drink. Donuts would’ve been better if the glaze was on intact.

Ya this place was not great. I went inside and immediately was hit with a smell I can only describe as manure like? I went up to the counter and was grossed out by how gross the floors and counters were. I know things get busy and sometimes the messes build up but this was not one of those situations. I ordered a coffee and a donut. I was given my coffee before the girls went back to talking behind the counter. I waited for awhile before realizing I was not going to get the donut I ordered ( I was the only person in the store and there were no cars going through the drive thru) idk not impressed by the service and how the girls were being pretty unprofessional for the work place. Over all, the coffee was fine but the smell and service didn't make it a great experience.

When through the drive through and was met by two very funny indivuals. Order was right, they seemed to be enjoying their time. Will definitely be coming back!
