The food actually looks appetizing. The customer service is great. They are patient and even give suggestions. The restroom are clean. I think this is probably the nicest Dunkin I've ever been too. The employees actually seem happy to be here.

Cold brew at Dunkin is delicious. Add your favorite sweetener, cream, and the sweet cold foam if you like it. It's my favorite cold coffee. Mobile order is fast and the staff is friendly

I love this place! My order is always right, as it should be- I order the same thing (unlike the coffee shop a few doors down that will remain unnamed). Staff is exceptionally friendly! Especially the evening shift staff!

Ordered the specialty cookie butter cold brew foam and it was nothing like we were served at other Dunkin's. It was awful and lacked cream. Also had a cold brew coffee asked for cream and was given none. Employees just wanted to clear the drivethrough line as fast as possible and didn't care about the quality of our order. I would not go to this location again.

Ordered a large iced latte and got a cup of iced milk again. I’ve given this place a try too many times. This is the worst Dunkin! I had to go to highland hts to buy an espresso shot to add in so it was drinkable. This place is great if you like really weak coffee. Like really light water and sugar drinks this is the spot.

The mint hot cocoa was delicious, as well as the jelly filled donut. The young ladies working there were very nice and helpful.

How is it 24hrs and it’s closed EVERYTIME I go up there at 4:15am? 😩🤔

Not sure if it is just the atmosphere Dinkins chooses for all their store, it is just not attractive and the interior layout is definitely not a Cafe setting
