Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Marshfield

I place a mobile order for a chai latte and munchkins at the drive thru. I arrived and waited 10 minutes for two cars in front of me and finally left the line to pick it up thinking it was gonna be a quick pickup. I go in and there’s only two people waiting for their food and mine still wasn’t made. I got my chai tea and she actually made a coffee instead which i can’t have but i was in a rush anyway so i didn’t have time to ask her for a new one. very disappointed

When I ask for extra strawberry and it’s straight up only green tea and a splash of strawberry. Why am I paying $4.50?? Better off going a mile up the road to the next dd to be so honest.

i came to the drive through on my way to work . a young lady spoke nasty things through the intercom. how management allows this behavior ,i don’t know. i would give zero stars if i could .

No expetion walks away when talking .it to early to call corporate office .I never do that but Taylor bad apple so coffee was wrong had to trun around have it remade now their was a line .I was their at 530am pulled up to window less then a minute .when she remade it she over did sugar so purpose latte are expensive .to have someone who clearly hate her job. Consistently long waits whether it's busy or not. It's always been bad but it's gotten particularly awful over the last year

I have tried and tried to keep ordering from this location but my coffee is either wrong, stale, and the customer service is not great. It is a popular locations of the way is very very long. After waiting in the drive-through for about 20 minutes I pull up to the speaker and they said they didn’t receive the order I replace the order. I get to the window and they say they still haven’t received the order I should try the Dunkin’ Donuts down the road and tell them I say hello. Customer service would be helping to offer a solution other than inconveniencing the customer. Again I don’t love this location end I don’t trust what they put in the coffee-I ordered a decaf once and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was caffeine in it they are very lackadaisical both in the drive-through and walking in. Unfortunate since I live around the corner. I will rather drive 15 minutes out of the way for an improved experience.

I spent more than 15 mins for ordering one large ice tea with 2 liquid sugar. After put the order in the drive through, only a medium size was able to be offered. Then I was still charged a large size without liquid sugar. So I had to park my car aside and walked into the store TWO TIMES to ask the staff return my money and add sugar. The total time I spent here was not worth. Will not get back here again, because similar things happened several times. Last time I got a cold hash browns. They seem careless and improve nothing. If you are willing to spend 15 mins for one drink, please drive to another Dunkin'. Surely you will have a better experience.

Great Dunkin! I placed an online order and it was made very quickly by the time I got there! Employees are always super nice! Great outdoor and indoor seating too!
