Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Marlborough

You have an extremely rude person working in your location. I ordered my coffee with whipped cream and it isn’t the end of the world that it wasn’t on it but I asked nicely if they could add it since that’s what I had ordered and she said it costs extra so I need to add it on my mobile app when I order. I explained that I did that. I was looking right at my order receipt and it was on there. She was rude as hell saying “no You didn’t” in a super sarcastic tone. The girl who took my order was very nice and knew the other lady (who made my coffee) was being obnoxious so she went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. Thank you to that girl for providing good customer service. As for the other girl, we all have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers.

I hate this dunkin. I forget that i hate it after a few weeks and go back, and it's still bad. Slow service, consistently wrong orders, missing portions of orders, staff argues amongst themselves at volume with customers present, usually awful attitudes. Seriously, i'd rather drink mud filtered thru a hobo's sock and call that coffee than come back to this dunkin. Oh, yeah. Why i finally wrote the review: just went in and waited 13 minutes with one person in front of me to get an iced coffee, bagel, hasbrowns, and 2 donuts...

WARNING ⚠️ the reviews seem to all be bad because people don’t feel the need to post their good experiences and only the bad ones. Also the location has changed! The GPS is right, but the pictures are wrong! It’s not in a tan building, it’s a dark ish building with an ombré effect on a part of it. The picture of the sign and the picture with the motorcycles, incorrect. Anywho, I come here occasionally and have gotten numerous items and non of them have been messed up or damaged in a any way, so in most cases your order is fine. (I recommend the frozen hot chocolate, it’s not just chocolate milk it’s better) but the staff is slacking off. I mean, what do you expect from a fast food place lol, but this was somehow worse than McDonald’s. The lady had a trashy appearance, smelled AWFUL and gave me a rude look while I was ordering. She also rolled her eyes numerous times, and closed her eyes and rested them in her hands while I was speaking to her. Very rude. I haven’t seen her in a while so I’m glad.

Communication between workers and machines need improvement. Asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese on ENGLISH MUFFINS... plus coffee and other items. Problem was they put them on SEEDED bagels. I cannot eat those. Not from the area. Traveling, so just left and didn't open the bag until they cooled off. Printed label did say English muffins. Sorry but....maybe they screwed up or maybe they gave ours to someone else. Wasted money and time. This disabled veteran will not go there again.

Stopped in today for the first time in a few months, and my food was entirely wrong again. I can not remember the last time it was correct, or even being close to correct. Ordered a plain bagel, not toasted, with veggie cream cheese, and I get 3 donut stick things???? At least try to get it close.

Put an order in, paid, and waited several minutes just to find out my order wasn’t put in by cashier. Needless to say, I never got my food. Get with it people….

As a first time visitor to this location the entrance and parking lot was a little confusing but once I got into the drive thru line it fine. Food and drinks were ready quickly and everything was great. If I was in the area again I would go back.
