Two people behind the counter very efficient and friendly. Bathroom mens toilet has water leak for sometime. During climate crisis and global warming and finate resources ,owner should fix this . Been broken some time now.
They are so efficient. Always smiling
This place locks the door at 645pm all the time when the hours of operation clearly says 7pm
I asked for a “regular coffee with only milk”and the cashier started lecturing me that I shouldn’t say “regular” because it means cream and sugar to her. She asked me if I needed cream. I said milk only again. She got even more agitated that it’s not even close to her definition of regular. I told her what I want is regular coffee with only milk again and asked why she was arguing? I don’t expect polite service, but this is beyond rude.
Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience of my life. I went to get an iced tea, tried to use the restroom and was yelled at and accused of being “sneaky” in front of a room full of people. Why would anyone try to sneak into a restroom?? No one deserves to be spoken to like that. I know that it’s hard to find help these days, but speaking to anyone let alone a customer like that is absolute madness.
Absolutely disgusting how they treat people here. Put my mobile order in and my food was ready immediately but my coffee took 20 mins as my food got cold I watched as the girls behind the counter just kept pulling their friends up to the counter and cut a huge line so they could be served before everyone waiting in lime and with Mobile orders waiting as well. This place is full of ignorance. They really scrapped the bottom of the oldest nastiest barrel for the girls that work here.
Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this was not a great customer service experience. The similar reviews make me think it's less about the workers and more of a management issue? I honestly feel bad for the kids that work there, it is apparent that they are not at all happy.
As in most places...the music is too loud. I asked a young man if it might be possible to turn it down a little. He was rather abrupt in his response. He told me it wasn't possible for them to control the volume. I ordered a small iced coffee ...3/4 of the cup was filled with ice ...consequently it tasted very watered-down. The next time I will go to the convenience store next door where they have excellent muffins and coffee
