Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Manitowoc

I never have a problem ordering drinks but the biggest problem I have is a tip jar placed outside. I mean come on! Id never tip a fast food worker, your getting paid a full time wage you don't need tipped. If you don't like the pay get a better job. But the drinks are never messed up and always made to order.

Usually have no issues at drive thru, so decided to go in b/c of that, and one girl was waiting patiently to be served when I got in. 5 people working drive thru completely ingored us, kept looking at girl waiting, but walked right on by over and over, for 7 min and she had already been waiting. The Tahoe that would've been in front of me had I stayed in line was long gone. Sure they were busy but can't completely forget about inside....I left not sure how long other girl waited

The staff looked very busy and understaffed BUT I was still helped super fast and the staff did apologize for my wait. I do love the new Manager Kaitlyn, she introduced herself to me while trying to get some donut donations for my business. Definitely would come back to this location for drinks at least

I went into the store this morning to grab a quick cup of coffee and bite to eat on my way to work. The staff was overly friendly and made me feel very welcome. My order was perfect and it only took a couple minutes to receive. It was a breath of fresh air on a cold Wisconsin Monday.

Took my little girls out for their 1st donut date. I felt as if I was invisible. I understand the drive thru has cars, but the staff didn’t even acknowledge me as I was standing in front of the donuts & you can hear my girls playing loudly as we were 1 of the 3 customers there. Two of the staff even saw me as they made drinks and handed the drive thru customers their orders. I guess customers service isn’t valued anywhere anymore.

I came in today, and it has been awhile since my last stop at this location. The customer service was so good I felt compelled to write a review (which reminded me that I should also write one for my favorite location in Hartford as well). The person I was talking to was just so personable and friendly, and talked me into staying for a sandwich and I also brought a donut home for the wife...and I never do that! Top notch service!!!

Kali and Vicki were so sweet! I was in and out super fast. They recommended I try the Cappy Blast. 10/10 would recommend, it was SO GOOD! I'm skipping everywhere else and coming here for my breakfast from now on!
