Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Manahawkin

I am a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer, but this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. I was so happy to see this was opening in Manahawkin, but after multiple bad experiences I seldom go to this location. When I had first gone there several years ago, there were flies sitting on donuts. I thought this was a one off, but I was just there today, and once again, there are flies flying around and sitting on donuts. For some reason, this Dunkin just cannot get the orders right. Either the staff is undertrained, or they just don't care. Every time I have ordered a take out order, it comes out wrong. A few weeks ago, I ordered a chai latte for pickup. It did NOT taste the way it does, and I have had it many times. It was bitter, they clearly messed up the proportions. I know they have pretty straightforward recipes, yet they still seem to get it wrong. I decided to get pick up order again today, a chai latte. I ordered well in advance, but when I got there, it was not ready, and I had to wait for it. When it was finally ready, the outside of the cup had spill marks all over it, and the cup was cold. I took one sip (because I know their history of always messing up orders), and it was COLD and black tea. Mind you, I ordered a chai latte. When I told them the order was wrong, the other worker told me that is a chai latte. I said first off, this is cold, second, a latte has steamed milk in it, there is NO milk in it. They realized their mistake, and had to make another one. The other one still wasn't right, messed up proportions, and it was lukewarm. I thought I would give them a chance again, but with the flies sitting on donuts and constant messing up of almost every order, and also stale donuts, this will be my last time. Go to other Dunkins or coffee shops in the area instead.

show up at 8pm and am told that they’re closed at the door. should edit the 9pm time on google then so i don’t waste my time. thanks! ☺️

Really great experience. I stopped by after a previous Dunkin messed up my order. Upon entrance I was complemented on my Taylor Swift hoodie (twice) and the two workers were very nice. My coffee was also exceptional! 10/10 will return 👍

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff is faster than any coffee shop and remembers your orders. Polite and with the picture.

Usually i would rate higher but this particular visit was a free for all, the general public would just take orders and drinks from the counter without making sure it is correct. In turn, the staff was repeatedly remaking orders and drinks. poor guys. Maybe there is a better option for expediting orders to explore here. The staff was super kind and held their composure very well.
