Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Macedonia

Pulled to Drive through only car in line "Go ahead with order" No Hi, no thank you for stopping at Dunkin. I continue to order but felt like i was bothering him so i decided to go elsewhere. If the heavy set big guy cant give me the least amount of Hospitality he should consider doing something different.

Attention manager! Your store garbage cans are all overflowing with trash. Your seating areas have crumbs and stains on the tables. The floors are a mess. The counter tops by the register are dirty with a lot of dust and food crumbs. On the worker’s side the floor is covered in crumbs and even whole donut was just sitting on the floor. Due to the dirty tables I ate out in my car. There were no other customers. As I ate I watched the two workers do nothing but spend time on their smart phones. I called management and no one answered the phone. This took place just before 5:00 on Sunday. The food and coffee were fine. I hope management trains their workers to maintain a clean space.

For the first time today I went to this Dunkin'. I ordered a medium coffee and a donut. I literally ordered 2 things and they were both messed up. When they handed me my coffee I politely told the girl at the window that I ordered it with something they did not put in it. She then rolled her eyes and walked away with the coffee and an attitude (keep in mind I was the only one in the drive thru). When she came back to the window with my coffee that STILL wasn't fixed I decided to just let it go so I said "thank you" and she just walked away. This location clearly hires kids with terrible to no customer service skills. Won't be back.

2nd time here and 2nd bad review. This place needs management bad, the workers seem like they have no idea what's going on. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and watched 4 cars including myself pull away. I had to go in since I placed an order on the app. I go in and there are 5 workers, 2 of which are literally standing around by the drive thru window. Why??? Then she tells me they had to make my sandwich on a plain bagel because they are out of everything, she said this standing in front of a whole basket of everything bagels. They did offer to remake it but by this point I just wanted to leave, that wasn't a huge deal. My last experience they were telling people who came in to go through the drive thru...these workers are lost, they have these young girls and an older man in there who all seem like they aren't sure what to do. If there was a manager on duty this morning they need additional training. This was insane and your losing business left and right

Absolutely love this location. I think this morning was the only time (in 4 years) I was handed the wrong drink but I'm still giving 5 stars. They only had a 3 person crew this morning and they did their best to get everyone in/out. Always friendly!

People that work their can be nice and rude. When I went there this morning I told the guy give me a second and then he got mad. Other than that it was good

Everything was horrible they take 15 minutes per car in drive thru ok I don’t mind that but then you give me my order burnt after waiting 35 minutes,either get more employees or better ones cuz in quality and services today was the worst experience in this store that I ever had….

I am just a little irritated honestly. I just moved here from about an hour away and have always loved dunkin, I go 3-5 times a week since I work from home. But I went here for the first time today and went inside, I am just a little hard of hearing so seeing their lips helps me (not that people need a reason to go inside) I wanted to grab breakfast and some donuts for my movers coming. A young girl with darker hair told me "they do not have a drawer up front so she would have to ring me up on the drive thru drawer or I can just go through the drive through" of course I felt like a jerk if I stayed inside at that point so I just left and obviously did not go through the drive through. Maybe that part was bratty of me because I'm the one sitting here hungry now haha, but it was off-putting to say the least. Like why not just ring me out on the register you had rather than tell me to go through the drive through? I thought it was weird and so did the last behind me because she also did not go through the drive through. Thankfully there is one not too much farther I will try next time.....
