First time coming to this Dunkins. We ordered breakfast. The food tasted old. Like something that sits in the freezer for too long and creates frost on it. It had that nasty taste of freezer. My coffee was trash didn’t taste like my normal coffee. Food was just trash. We all had diarrhea after eating it. Still experiencing diarrhea at the moment. I give this place a one star. We have NEVER have this problem with any other Dunkins around here. Will never return to this location… very disappointing. Waste of $30 dollars down the drain.. so sad ..
Dunkin has stepped up to the plate as far as their bagels are concerned. The bagels have been really fresh and taste good! Thank you very, much!
Coffee and donuts are great, but the APP sucks! When going to redeem points for freebies I still get charged for donuts from my card balance! Happens often!!
this store is in need of staff constantly and sometimes is drive thru only. having said that, a lot of places are in this situation. the workers they do have always treat me well and the manager even knows my order without even saying anything. fast food workers have been through a lot during the pandemic and I think if people were a little more patient and understanding they would realize you are all doing your best at Dunkin. I hope things change and return to somewhat normal. I worked for Dunkin for over a decade and dealt with a lot but no way would I be able to deal with today's rude and entitled customers. no thanks.
I used to open this store. I miss all my morning regulars & am sorry the managers couldn’t handle fulfilling their job description by covering the shifts they don’t have staff for. I once thought those managers were my friends. I have come to learn they care about no one. They are nobody’s friend. Fake as they come is my experience. Shame on them, for what they did, not only to myself but others whom still work there. All I can say if you want a properly managed DD head to River St DD in Fitchburg. There you’ll find dam good managers who respect their employees & employee whom respect their managers. Yours truly. Cella

This location is great, Staffs are great! But hey pay your employees on time though.. keep them happy! Where’s Jace? Bring Jace back I heard he was on point.
Place is trash. Drive through is out to the st so I go inside and get told drive through only when there 4 employees standing behind the counter. Wicked disrespectful abd trashy. If you hate your job so much get a new job
