Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Loxahatchee

I ordered an everything bagel 🥯 toaster dark with veggie cream cheese on the side. I also ordered a salted caramel cold brew with cream which I got for FREE (on app with any purchase). First time trying. I will try again but maybe add a tab bit more sweetness. The sweet cream on top mixed into the drink was just enough doable sweetness for me. I will return to this location. The staff is fast and friendly.

The employees were super nice and friendly. Food was good, correct and hot. The restaurant is a mess though. Under construction and very dirty.

First of all let me start by saying that I read every single review before I start writing thus beautiful review We went to Lion County and Safari. We stopped for a refreshing Caramel Iced coffee ☕ The worse customer service !!!! I will attach a copy of my receipt sooooo the owner can review the staff on duty at that time, however I'm not expecting any results after I read all those 1 🌟 reviews . The staff was very rude. No one acknowledge us. We was Waiting to paid . They keep walking telling each other to cash me out.. then keep Waiting for my coffee. TERRIBLE !! Who owns this place ..... ???? Disgusting bathroom Nasty customer service Worse coffee ever. Hard and old donuts 🍩

As with previous visits, this location continues to lack personable service with the employees in need of training as to greeting/acknowledging customers. The one employee on duty offered apologies concerning slow service due to the other employee being away from their duties (in bathroom) during our visit. While waiting for our order, it was noted that tables needed wiped, napkins needed replenished, and along the window sills in front there were some sort of dying flies or wasps. Frozen drinks left much to be desired but, donuts were as expected. Overall I would avoid this location. 3rd & last visit, just thought I'd give it 1 more chance but, still nothing has improved with efficiency or common courtesy.

I went in for training today ended up waiting over an hour and kept getting told to wait , which I understand it was the morning rush. But I was called the wrong name and left sitting as if I had all the time in the world. Why pick a time for me to come in, if it is to be expectedly busy? Withdrew my application soon after. On top of that, I notice that the people waiting inside were hardly receiving service at all and I heard messed up orders over and over.

Good, fresh iced decaf. Staff is friendly. Merchandise was surprisingly good for a rural area and outside of New England. Plus is has those comfortable club chairs, outlets and UB ports AND booths! LOVE this Dunks

This last time we went through the drive thru and the girl was absolutely unfriendly and rude. They usually don't have the flavor donuts we want so we have to settle for something. When I have the time I will drive to one further away to avoid this location

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stood at the door in the pouring rain at 5:30 in the afternoon. Employee sitting in a chair at the front door, with the door locked, yelling at me through the locked door, telling me I have to go through the drive-through. I tried calling on the phone twice, no one picked up the phone .
